"We had not heard of this Restaurant before , until we got a flier in our mailbox in Padova central where we live , we were impressed by the photos of this restaurant and b&b so decided to give it a try for Sunday lunch. It was a miserable winters day , raining , horrible and did not feel like going out , but we are happy we did . Its not too difficult to find and about 20 minutes from Padova by car. The menu was a fixed price menu for 30 euros per person . That we found to be an exceptional deal , everything was included Water and wine ,coffee as well. The menu included four courses consisting of an appetiser , a choice of two pasta dishes , a choice of spiedino , or veal for the main course served with fresh vegetables , today radicchio ,polenta, artichokes and oven potatoes. the dessert was a plate to share with a variety of carnival season pastries , fritelle and galani. The hot antipasto to start which had three items on it, a very nice quality slice of cotechino sausage with a dollop of creamy mashed potatoes, a roulade of pastry with a radicchio stuffing, and a little serving of eggplant with tomato and cheese . The plate was delicious , all three items working very well together. Next we had a pasta each bigoli with a mixed meat sauce and a pappardelle with a sbrise mushroom and asiago sauce. Both dishes were very good. The spiedino was a plate of mixed meats barbecued on giant steel skewers , laced with pancetta wrapped in fresh sage leaves to add flavour and basting fat to the meats on the skewer. there was pork ribs ,beef, chicken , rabbit, pork cutlet and small sausages . All wonderfully flavoured and moist. The vegetables were braised radicchio , artichoke bottoms and baked potatoes . The flavours were genuine and the vegetables well prepared. As it is almost Carnivale , the sweets very common everywhere at the moment are typical of the season , a sort of spiced fried round doughnut and a square flat fried pastry leaf dusted with icing sugar. these were obviously made in house and really fresh and delicious. The wine we ordered was the house prosecco which went down well , there seemed to be no problem if we had wanted more . The restaurant was packed with families having birthdays, families getting together for sunday lunch and couples like us . It is a very Italian kind of place and I don't doubt I might have been the only foreigner there this particular lunch . If you want a real Italian experience on a sunday lunch I would recommend this restaurant . For the price its a bargain . The setting is beautiful set on a peninsula in the river Brenta i think) I can't wait to return in summer when the weather is nice so we can sit outside. The restaurant is rustic chic in decor and has been very well done , its a space that is homely inviting and yet sophisticated in feel . I think anyone could feel comfortable there. The owner who was obviously very hands on was very friendly and welcoming."

There are three years in a row that I spent the new year's party there. The food is perfect, the staff is more than friendly, the location is nice and cozy, acomodation OK, big parking places. One word: Excellent! Hope to see you soon guys! Congrats Lele

Sono tre anni di seguito che trascorro la festa di Capodanno lì. Il cibo è perfetto, il personale è più che amichevole, la location è bella e accogliente, l'alloggio è OK, ci sono parcheggi grandi. Una parola: Eccellente! Spero di vedervi presto ragazzi! Congratulazioni Lele.

We were invited to go to this place by friends. The place was beautiful and a very nice atmosphere.Unfortunately the food was not good at all.For an entree they served a salami and some fried vegetables that were mediocre. Served pork that seemed stewed and he taste was horrible. I do not recommend the restaurant.

We took my wife's father out for his birthday after his trip from the US. We all enjoyed our meals and left the restaurant satisfied. From the pasta dishes to the main courses and side dishes, everything was very good. The owner stopped us on the way out and offered some of his home after dinner drinks. My wife and I have been here before and decided to return here to celebrate her father's birthday.

The setting of this Agriturismo is simply stunning the river that runs around the grounds and the wildlife that we saw created a wonderful atmosphere. The fact that we ate outside meant that we felt right in the middle of the country, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset whilst we ate. The food was quite expensive, but was delicious. I would especially recommend the vegetarian carbonara made with courgettes instead of bacon and the polenta. Both were excellent.

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Agriturismo La Penisola for two nights during our one week vacation through Italy. The food, surroundings, employees, and room were top-notch. We enjoyed walking the grounds and interacting with some of the animals, and taking in all of the views. I would definitely stay here again, and for a longer period of time. It was a great place to venture out of and enjoy all that Italy has to offer. I know I'm not going to spell his name correctly, but Waseem prepared some great food for us and was very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much Waseem!

Questo ristorante agrituristico, amichevole con i bambini e i cani, con camere è un posto fantastico per la cena. Ci sono menù fissi o alla carta. Erano felici di preparare un piatto di pasta e pomodoro per mia figlia. Gli antipasti misti erano molto gustosi con contorno di verdure sottaceto, abbiamo preso il grande piatto di grigliate miste con polenta a €13 ciascuno poi non abbiamo resistito al dessert anche se avevamo già mangiato molto! Le bevande sono a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Un ambiente grazioso alla curva di un fiume in un casale attentamente restaurato con personale molto cordiale. Avevano addirittura un paio di menu in inglese!

Erano felici di preparare un piatto di pasta al pomodoro per mia figlia. Gli antipasti misti erano molto gustosi con contorno di verdure sottaceto, abbiamo ordinato il grande piatto di grigliate miste con polenta a €13 ciascuno e poi non abbiamo resistito al dessert nonostante avessimo già mangiato tanto! Bevande a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Un ambiente incantevole alla curva di un fiume in un casale sapientemente restaurato con personale molto cordiale. Avevano persino un paio di menu in inglese!
