The restaurant was closed! I couldn't eat there, even though my reservation was confirmed. Nobody answered the phone, and my message went unanswered!

I've eaten a lot of Turkish food in the UK and this is up there with the best I've had. Meat was succelent and well spiced and that Kunefe was devine!

The restaurant was closed when we got there. It should not have been open for a booking. I am using OpenTable for over a year and it was the first time I had such an experience. It should be corrected immediately.
