I love it, it's now a permanent fixture! Cozy and intimate location, competent staff and fantastic chefs. The menu is short but varied depending on seasonality, with always different but excellent dishes. The right prices for raw materials, processes and locations. Optimal! Special evening, very satisfying dinner and excellent value for money. The two tasting menus were well executed, it's a pity that the service was a bit fast-paced without pauses, and that there were some dishes from which I expected a little more in terms of flavor and character. Special mention for the dessert, the porcini mushroom, chocolate and red fruits, I imagine a complex process for a truly unexpected and innovative flavour. Congratulations, good work!

I had the opportunity to have dinner with my husband in this restaurant and I must say that I was pleasantly satisfied. The place is small, but very well kept. The staff is friendly and very prepared for customer requests. Before starting the meal, we were brought a small entree of Russian beetroot salad and some delicious warm bread and focaccia, which was very welcome. Very varied and detailed wine list, the raw materials are really excellent and the proposals on the menu are really very interesting. The desserts are really excellent and special, I recommend them Porcini mushrooms, chocolate and red fruits We will definitely be back

We chose this restaurant for a business dinner based on the good reviews. The restaurant is located in a pedestrian street a stone's throw from the Gran Madre, however, fortunately, we had no difficulty finding parking nearby. Nice style of furnishings, modern, excellent atmosphere. Menu not particularly rich, but with a well-balanced mix of traditional-inspired dishes and more creative dishes. I chose the Piedmont tasting menu. Excellent starter, the raw meat melted in your mouth. The plin is also very good, as is the second one. Even the dessert left me satisfied. I also tasted some other dishes from the other guests and of all I liked the spaghetti with mantis shrimp and pecorino. Good va...
