On n'y va pas forcément pour le cadre qui n'est pas transcendant et on y est attiré surtout parce que c'est un restaurant cacher!Cependant les sushis sont bons et le poisson est frais!La qualité des plats est toujours au rendez vous et la carte ne manque pas d'originalité!Conclusion on regrette jamais!

I am very pleased with my experience at Bozen! The food was delicious and authentic, truly a fusion between the hideous and Japanese cuisine. The service was fast, with employees who know the menu well and can recommend the best dishes. I chose the menu of the Midi which was very correct on the value/price ratio. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and delicious culinary experience!

To begin with, because yes there is a lot to say I would like to say that I love cooking but I find that they are really not generous enough in relation to the proportion and that their products decrease in size each time I come next, I find that the waiters are nice but they have already given me bad change and finally there is more noise in the kitchen than in the restaurant but otherwise I recommend this restaurant because it is delicious
