High quality fresh products (fish, seafood, meat, mushrooms) prepared with a great chef's know-how: perfect cooking, sparkling flavours, all encrypted by a very pleasant and efficient service. No menu in Alezan but some ideas of the day, with the availability of fresh products no doubt. And I insist on the fact that beyond apparent simplicity, the quality of the kitchen will make many bistros and brewery over-notated and off-priced in the great cities of our country. The aloyau was sublime, the delicious and perfectly cooked octopus, the steak tartare with a perfect freshness and what to say desserts? Raspberry coulis with gourmet coffee... I will need 100 pages to continue! This kitchen is the fruit of a difficult work and a very high quality kitchen management. To reach this level, you must bitter the beautiful work... Bravo!!"
