"Dropped by without reservation a busy saturday evening; they quickly found us a table next to the kitchen which was quite okay. We had bruschette for starters (why is it that bruschette and crostini are confused even in Italian restaurants?) and filetto di manzo with Gorgonzola sauce for main course. The quite small bruschette were okay, but I could easily have made them better at home. The filetto was not from the best part of the fillet; on the other hand there was really a lot of sauce. The dish was served with small, nicely tasting bread from the pizza oven. 61€ including one espresso - and two grappe on the house. The service was attentive and friendly all the way throug although there were many people in the restaurant. I counted more than 10 different lamps in the restaurant, strange non-matching colours on the walls and other hidious details... An okay place to go if you don't expect something too fine."

This place had good food, a good house wine, and nice outdoor seating. Also, the prices were reasonable, as well. Our only negative was that the brother and sister running the place weren't all that welcoming and gave the impression that you being there was a bit of an inconvenience for them. Reasonably priced average quality food.Cannelloni with spinach - average commercial tasting filling.Pasta with broccoli - 'scotto' (pasta way overcooked).Best part of the meal was the mozzarella di bufala salad with rocket and tomato, but that's not really cooking! Mozzarella was good. The words 'fatta in casa' were dotted around the place here but don't be fooled.Fine if you need a pizza or a quick late meal and are not fussy about quality.Bill came to 42 euro for mozzarella salad, 2 mains and 1/2 litre red wine.

We arrived without a booking. The staff were friendly and very attentive. They catered very well for our dietary requirements (vegan). We had salad with brötchen (bread balls), Spaghetti Neapolitana and Arabiatta for the main course and Mango sorbet for dessert. All delicious. Had we given them some notice they told us that even more of the menu could have been adapted to our needs.Beautifully presented food, high quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. Impossible to find a fault. We would be more than happy to go again.
