"Eine Freundes Gruppe von 9 Leuten waren gestern dort, vor Ort, essen. Wir wurden gut empfangen, und auch direkt bedient. Der Kellner war sehr jung und dementsprechend auch ziemlich unerfahren in dem was er tut… aber gut, im Endeffekt hat er im Großen und ganzen seinen Job gemacht. Wenn auch etwas holprig und in seiner Art bisschen nervig, aber er hat gekellnert. Wir hatten 3 Vorspeisen und dann auch eben 9 Pizzen. Die Vorspeisen kamen relativ zügig und haben auch gut geschmeckt. Auf die Pizzen mussten wir in Summe 2 h warten. 2h. Wir wurden mehrmals vertröstet das dein Teig wohl nicht funktionieren würde, was ja auch mal passieren darf, dennoch nicht mein Problem als Kunde. Aber gut wir warteten. Als die Pizza dann da war merkte man das der Koch etwas unter zeitlichen Druck stand, mein Boden war quasi nicht vorhanden, der Belag war sehr sporadisch und auch von okeer Qualität. Die Trüffelpizza meines Freundes war eig nicht genießbar wenn man diesen Riesen Haufen an Trüffel nicht etwas verkleinert hätte. Bei einem anderen Kollegen wurde der Schinken vergessen usw… die Pizza schmeckt, wenn man die als Pizza bewertet schon okay. Aber wenn man sie aus neapolitanischer Sicht bewertet, womit sie sich ja schließlich schmücken, bewegt sich sich im unteren Bereich. Der Kellner versuchte uns dann noch mit einen Limoncello die warte Zeit zu entschuldigen, vergebens. Zudem fragte er ob wir das Restaurant jetzt noch gut bewerten, ich musste kichern. Dann kam die Rechnung, bei der ich echt dachte sie versuchen, uns spätestens jetzt ein gutes Gefühl zu geben. Leider blieb auch das aus, eher im Gegenteil. Man ist uns keinen Cent entgegengekommen um sich vllt irgendwie bekenntlich zu zeigen, das man seiner Erwartung nach gutem Essen und einen gemütlichen Abend zu bieten nicht nach gekommen ist. Ganz im Gegenteil, bei der Rechnung erfuhren meine Kollegen das die zwei pizzabrote welche zu ihrer Vorspeise gereicht wurden nicht inklusive sondern extern auf die Rechnung kamen, wovon der Chef wenigstens eins auf Nachfrage raus löschte, bodenlos! Traurig. Leider haben sie da mit mir einen Kunden definitiv verloren. Ich hoffe sie lernen aus ihren Fehlern. Ps.: ich hatte ein pizza diavola mit extra zwiebeln"

"a visit to the louisiana is an absolute “must” for me when I come to a fury. the restaurant is located a bit away from the city in the vicinity of the radisson sas hotels . you can say between radisson sas and crämerbrücke. the kitchen is excellent! as the name suggests, there are mainly American southern states – or cajun – kitchen. for those who like this this is exactly the right restaurant. the foods are delicious and refined flavored a real taste experience. the service is quick and friendly. the waiting period between ordering and serving is in the frame. the restaurant is not quite inexpensive, but a visit is worth it. update mai 2016: after a long caring lack of opportunity I have chosen to pick up a table with my shady on the occasion of a weekend trip to Erfurt this locally again and some days previously reserved a table, which proved to be really necessary. the restaurant was very well visited in the evening at about 19 o'clock both in the interior and in the exterior. although a table was reserved for us, we prefer to take out a space outside during summer weather, which was made possible very easily. the concept of the gastronomic company has since my last visit before approx. 4 5 years something changed. while the south-eastern kitchen is still offered, the focus is now on steaks. you will not find any steak specialties such as dry aged, but the choice is neat and the composition of the dishes is not everyday. the price level is somewhat higher, which is due to the type of food and its excellent quality. in my opinion, the restaurant has put another taste in this view. the service is simply top. "I was in Pailais at noon with my partner and it was perfect all around. Super nice and easy staff with which you can talk nicely. The steak (400g Rumpsteak) was perfectly seasoned for my taste and the cooking point was reached, great. The next day we are back to try the burgers. I highly recommend the Crispy Chicken and the Palais BBQ Burger. The ambience invites you to stay longer. After dinner you can go to the lounge and enjoy a cocktail in front of the fireplace on the couch. In general, a very high level of food and ambience despite “sports bar” which, however, absolutely does not act as such. The location images speak for themselves. We are happy to come back!"

"War während meines Besuch in Erfurt mehrmals da essen (3mal) Kleine feine Karte sehr übersichtlich. Einmal Steak gegessen, einmal Original Thüringische Spezialitäten ausprobiert. Und am dritten Tag aus den Snacks was zusammen gestellt. Essen war immer Top super lecker und nichts in XXL Format, genau die richtigen Portionen. Es war immer super toll serviert und angerichtet. "Auf der Anreise nach Leipzig führte uns der Hunger nach Erfurt .... wie gewohnt hielten wir zunächst nach einer Restaurant-Empfehlung des SlowFood e.V. Ausschau und wurden so auf das Kromer's aufmerksam. Hier sind wir dann auf gut Glück hingefahren - wie sich zeigte, hatten wir eben dieses, da das etwas versteckt nahe der Innenstadt gelegene Restaurant bereits gut reserviert war - die freundlichen Mitarbeiter fanden dennoch ein Plätzchen im dekorativen Innenhof für uns. Die Speisen sind eher gutbürgerlich bis deftig, aber es gibt auch ein paar leichtere Variationen. Beeindruckend, dass sich der Chef der Küche auch für Gäste mit Allergien pers. Zeit nahm um Alternativempfehlungen auszusprechen. Der Service und das Essen (Kaninchenrücken im Speckmantel gebraten auf cremigem Pfifferlingsrisotto und Ofentomaten - sowie Kalbsschnitzel „Cordon bleu“gefüllt mit würzigem Appenzellerkäse und Schinken serviert mit Grillgemüsen und Kromer´s Bratkartoffeln) entsprachen jedenfalls voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen und wir würden hier wieder Rast machen, wenn wir in der Nähe von Erfurt wären."

"the food was topp, the service that has been caring for us as well, as there is nix to suspend. the stern abg was available for calling from restaurant to our reservation. we had reserved over the web page at 20:30 as it was the only time without waiting list. we also received a system-generated reminder for this date on the afternoon. At 19:30 the restaurant called if we were still coming, we would be expected to be 19:00 clock. I explained we had reserved 20:30. that can't be, we're closing at 22:00, that would be impossible. After we arrived and I showed the emails with the appointment confirmations, we would have expected at least an oral apology. that unfortunately remained, there was only the indication that the system probably does not function properly. as said the star abg came because of the way and wise on the phone and the lack of apology. that has a otherwise perfect evening a bit saddened."
