"new kitchen visit on Saturday night. there is no menu, everything is the map but with between 7 and 12.5 dishes between 13 and 16.5 and all desserts 6, we find little on the old formulas. So you can eat at night between 26 and 35 for a complete menu. after the palate tested the green beans salad and the Andalusian gaspacho enters, then the fish (of the colin) with the vegetables of the moment (polenta, tomato and pears change, fves and peas) and the dessert the creamy chocolate sorbet with the lemon sorbet. The hot homemade bread is ours. We still have a good mang with a special mention for the russia and its sorbet at home. a few bmols however: the green beans too scary in the salad, the accompaniment of the fish a little just in terms, no child menu (no adult menu in the induced portion on the beverage card is not well toffee, it can spoil wine lovers. the waitress is friendly and dynamic but a little too expressive sometimes. the map displays on the wall is not always readable according to where we are sitting. simple frame with nickels wc. malgr some bmols the restaurant makes a good value for money. we test the midi formula, currently displays 17.50, which is very interesting, especially as we choose the dessert of the card. and desserts are a strong point in this restaurant. when you see the semi-industrial desserts offered elsewhere in the hallucinating prices, you prefer to come and eat here!"

a 2 a noon, a menu meal and the other on the menu. 50€ with aperitif. food is beautiful and good. The small room is beautifully decorated and still allows to be 2 by keeping privacy.

Super kitchen in this restaurant that is unfortunately in a neighborhood that would need a little new. Fortunately, it does not ruin the quality and originality of the dishes. I'll be right back.

Just great. We were very well received, the service was perfect, almost no waiting between the dishes. products are good, and season. the glass of wine included in the menu always pleases. prices are very correct. the number of table and the spacing between it is very pleasant: there are few tables (think to book), and little noise in the rooms, we can hear very well! I'll be back without hesitation.

"Saturday evening 10/28, dinner at the gourmet restaurant Les Sources de Fontbelle for the 2nd time (5 guests). The first time we were really enchanted by the setting, the service, the aperitif on the terrace and the chef 's proposal. On the other hand, this 2nd experience is very far from what I hoped to be able to experience again. Already from the aperitif we started on a bad basis with a little discriminatory side. This is the only restaurant that punishes you for appetizers because you do not have an aperitif (glass of champagne or cocktails) confirmed by the waiter. All the tables had different appetizers but not our table due to the simple fact that we had a bottle of white wine to start. I learned that you had to like champagne or cocktails to deserve the same service as on the other tables, which is unfortunately not the case for me and my guests followed me, sad for them (I should add which we also had a bottle of red wine afterwards). I find this lamentable for a gourmet restaurant, one Michelin star and for the 8-course menu at €130. For dinner, I was not transported compared to the first time. But this does not deserve criticism because tastes and colors are unique to each person: combination of trout and geranium, lobster and grapefruit (average for me) and cabbage (favorite). For dinner I just regretted that for the pigeon we didn 't ask for cooking and that we didn 't specify that it was very, very spicy. In conclusion, the experience inoculated me for a moment."
