Sometimes there was a particular part of a dish that was fabulous but the dish as a whole did not cohere. Service was excellent and thoughtful. The ambiance is restrained and pleasant."

We have been there several times last century with the 'Maître ' Bernard Loiseau, a great experience each time. The current cooker is good, but obviously not at the level of BL, so it was a bit disappointing. It is a pity, because the house and spa are beautiful.
