"the recommended in the lonely planet corse, is a typical wine bar. its decoration is wooded, its cellar provided and its traditional map. The decoration is what struck me when I arrived. everything is done to remember the wood of the barrels (some of which are used as a high table) in which the vinification is done. the room has character with its parquet in raw wood, wooden crates to walls, wood floated, various slates to quotes and word games on oenology. In addition, the large stone pillars of the original building were preserved for the authentic side of the room. The tame light adds to the dark and intimate side of the second thing that marked me is the loot of pomerania of the owner, a real jumping attraction of the place. But don't try to caresss him, he's suspicious. On our arrival and after ordering two glasses of wine from the casanova estate, a plate of tuna rillettes with olive oil toasts was offered to us. It was fresh, like wine. with the wine, we took six doughnuts with sheep's cheese. It was a real cheese, well salted (attention to sensitive palates, the salt of this cheese is very present.) they were generous, crispy, well hot and not oily. It is one of the tapas dishes with chicken dips, the club chicken curry, the octopus in parsillad, the portion of fries,... Then comes the order. I wanted to enjoy myself with mussels, announced on the map. And then, what I hate most in a restaurant: no mussels! Thankfully I wasn't coming exclusively for this dish. But you really should learn to indicate from the entrance that some dishes are missing.Very cooled by having to change dish, I took linguine to the default vegetables. Even if it wasn't really about linguine, the pasta was fresh. Generally speaking, I was delighted by this dish chosen by default and, therefore very pleasantly surprised. To begin with, in addition to the grated parmesan, there were beautiful lamelles of this cheese, well refined. onions made the cruncher and many vegetables gave an identity to the plate: mushrooms, onions, peppers and zucchini. all oil and not butter, naturally. A real delight. For his part, my wife chose a risotto with gambas and chorizo. Served very hot, it fulfilled the promises on the map, but was a bit dry as my wife told the waitress. The service is efficient and proactive (we did not have to ask for water, it was brought to us by the manager.) a digestive was proposed but we declined. Whose check? euros for two glasses of wine, an entrance and two dishes. a little expensive, especially for a risotto whose marrow was not quite at the rendezvous. this said, the products are of quality and the places are pleasant. The address is all indicated for a couple or friends party."
