"Since I can't rate on Trip Advisor naminewitt (yet) I do it here. The vision team and the Old Pastorate in the southern end have merged and implemented a new concept in the rooms of the former “small Witt” and the Hotel Witt in Nieblum. 3 tracks are driven: restaurant (not yet officially opened), self-service drink and sale of regional or branded products. We looked around today at the first visit and focused on drinking, which works very well. For this we had a Roastbeef Vitello in excellent quality and very successful calfs frikadellen. The interior is very tasteful, the outdoor terrace (on which we were 3 hours at 5 degrees the only) is a bang. The wine selection is good, the espresso for Föhr forgives, private thing here does not beat. Once the restaurant is open, we will also pass this extensive exam. "The food (from the first and only visit) is good, but... The service is written small in GANZ, the customer is not king! Although one was at the second visit, two out of five people were late for 20 minutes for legitimate reasons, it was not even asked for drinks. They let us sit and complained that they were on time. I wanted to order for all 5 people because I knew what the other two people wanted. The place was not full, other guests could be moved forward, no problem. But that didn't fit the operator. We love to leave the restaurant forever and then spent a very nice evening in Wyk in Pizzaria La Vita, the very successful a) to get a place and served us best and especially friendly. "Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub in Utersum verbracht und waren auf der Suche nach einen Lokal für den Abend. Von den vorhandenen Restaurants vor Ort hat uns das Ual Skinne sofort angesprochen. Wir haben unsere Wahl nicht bereut. Die Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten ist begrenzt, aber völlig ausreichend. Denn auch hier gilt, "weniger ist oft mehr". Der Service ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, gleichzeitig aber unaufdringlich. Das Essen selbst war ausgezeichnet. Es war zu schmecken, dass hier frische, hochwertige und sorgsam ausgesuchte Produkte in der Küche Verwendung finden. Die Zubereitung war perfekt und das Fleisch auf den Punkt gebraten. Die gehaltvolle Soße hat das Geschmackserlebins abgerundet. Angeboten werden neben einigen offenen Weinen auch eine umfangreiche Weinkarte. Unser Fazit: Ein perfektes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen !"

"Wir haben uns heute im Anschluss an den Besuch der Ausstellungen im Museum der Westküste (immer wieder wunderbar!) von der ungewöhnlichen Speisekarte im angeschlossenen Café-Restaurant verführen lassen und wurden nicht enttäuscht:passend zu der Ausstellung "Pure Nature Art" gibt es Gerichte mit Namen wie "Wald", "Luft", "Wasser" oder "Erde", zur Ausstellung über den Künstler Jopie Huisman das Gericht "Hommage an das einfache Leben". Mein Mann entschied sich für "Erde", ich mich für die "Hommage". Beide Teller waren total schön - fast künstlerisch - angerichtet, sehr gute Qualität der Zutaten und eine Zusammenstellung in der "Hommage", die ich so noch nie gegessen habe. Das Aufzählen der einzelnen Bestandteile würde mich jetzt zu viele Zeit kosten, daher meine Empfehlung: hingehen und selbst ausprobieren, köstlich!!"
