2 hours 20 minutes waiting. First the order was not available then call back and new order comes after a long time. Pizza cold and pizza bread burned black. Never again. From the service on the phone, I'd rather say no. Just undamaged

Horrible experience. I 've ordered at 19 and I didn 't receive anything. At 23 they told me the pizza had arrived but it wasn 't true. I wrote the client support on Lieferando and they told the rider rang my intercom and I didn 't answer (my intercom perfectly works), for this reason the restaurant couldn 't give me my money back. They tried another delivery (ringing my intercom) and it worked, so I received my food at 24. I just tasted the pizza 'cause after 4 hours waiting I had already eaten, but it was very similar to the frozen one you buy in Edeka. Furthermore, the pizza was wrong: the one I received was even cheaper than the one one I 've ordered. I didn 't eat anything and I 've lost...

Also nach all den eher schlechten Rezensionen hier muss ich jetzt mal schreiben, dass wir öfter bei Mum Pizza bestellen und nahezu immer zufrieden sind. So auch heute... Wir haben für 18.30 Uhr bestellt... Gut, dass klappt je nach dem wieviele Leute auf einmal bestellen nicht immer... Aber heute ganz pünktlich und wie immer Wunschpizza mit 4 Belegen und einem kleinem Beilagensalt für 6,90 Euro... Also wer da noch meckert muss die Pizza selber machen!
