"We had a lovely evening celebrating our anniversary at the restaurant. I had arranged for flowers for my wife, and one of the staff members kindly brought them to our table after we had settled in. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, and considering how busy they were, that speaks volumes about their excellent customer service. We are grateful to each and every one of them for making our evening so special. The food was delightful, and we look forward to returning to Villa Italia."

"Absolutely blown away with this place what a little hidden gem. We ate lunch in a pod that we pre booked, so lovely the food was phenomenal cannot recommend enough..the staff were super attentive the owner was so lovely he explained the whole set and mad us feel so welcome. A speaker is provided in the pod so you can play your own tunes...cannot recommend this place enough...YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE AT LEAST ONCE..reasonably priced for the standard of food and service..SUPERB GASTRO PUB Dietary restrictions: Cater for all"

"Just had our second meal from this pub in the lock down take away obviously) what can I say. Absolutely fantastic first was a delicious Sunday roast, just make sure your hungry. The second was grilled chicken for the wife and a huge beef burger stack for me, and the desert’s wow, just try it for your selves, you won’t be disappointed. Oh and the staff are so,so nice and can’t help you enough. Well done all at the Queens head."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member we encountered was quite rude. When we arrived and politely requested a table, he reacted with hostility, looking at us with disdain and telling us to leave, claiming they were fully booked. However, when another group came in right after us without a reservation, he offered them a table regardless. This felt like clear discrimination to me. I would not recommend this place for anyone, especially if you're Black. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I made a reservation at a new Mexican restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day with my wife and son. I called ahead to let them know we would be running late and the person on the phone was kind and understanding. When we arrived, the waitress was friendly and even made a special effort to accommodate our 7-year-old son. The bartender and other waitresses were also attentive and friendly. Our food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious, with generous portions. I ordered the chicken burrito with roasted beans and my wife had the fajitas. Overall, we all had a great experience and I highly recommend this restaurant. Just a heads up - the smell of the food can linger on your clothes, so it's best to leave your coat in the car."
