"Wir mussten auf dem Rückweg nach Berlin wetterbedingt in Bad Salzufflen übernachten und das Restaurant war in der Nähe des Hotels in einer Wohnsiedlung. Wir kamen um 18.00 Uhr, 2 Tische besetzt, 10 Tische leer. Als ich auf die Frage des Kellners: „Reserviert?“ lachen musste, war er direkt beleidigt und blieb es auch denn ganzen Abend: einfach unfreundlich! Essen ging. reichhaltig, geschmacklich ok, aber bei 3 Personen 70 Euro sollte es das auch. Trinkgeld hätte ich nicht gegeben, für das „beleidigte Leberwurstgesicht“. Meine Frau gab ihm 4 Euro, ohne Danke. Verdirbt einem irgendwie den Abend."

"Leider war der Abend ein kompletter Reinfall. Wir verstehen, das die Personaldecke in der Gastronomie aktuell dünn ist. Allerdings bedeutet das nicht, dass man seine neue Mitarbeiterin an einem vollen Samstagabend einarbeiten sollte und dafür noch zu den Gästen sagt: “Die hat es noch nicht so drauf”. Das ist kein Umgang, den ein Gast gerne hört! Wir haben fast 1h 45 Minuten auf unsere Tapas gewartet, dann kamen verbrannte Datteln im Speckmantel, die das Highlight unseres Abends waren. Die patatas bravas waren ähnlich wie das Hähnchen vollkommen trocken, die Sauce dazu ganz nett, sie hat den Rest aber leider nicht retten können. Das erste Weinglas war nur daumenbreit gefüllt und die Maracujaschorle schmeckte schon zu Beginn der Wartezeit nach Wasser. Wir waren kurz davor aufzustehen und zu gehen, als endlich das Essen kam. Schade. Vielleicht war es heute eine absolute Ausnahme und sonst läuft alles super, das können wir nicht beurteilen. Fakt ist: Wir wurden sehr enttäuscht. Für das heutige Essen können wir leider keine Empfehlung aussprechen."

"Wir waren ganz spontan zu Viert da und es wurde möglich gemacht das wir uns setzen und essen konnten. Das Personal war sehr nett, absolut freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. "We were there with a bigger group for Christmas dinner. The location is quite difficult to find for a location inexperienced. Ambience is quite dark and above-ground is kept in a dark brown tone. Staff is very nice and accommodating, but you almost have to go behind the cellar to order something. It's just too little staff. We had pre-ordered the appetizer, but the more disappointing was the fact that one had to wait an hour for the main course. The portions of the main dish are kept very minimalist, so you don't get tired of it. The average price of the main food is approx. 25-27 euros, so I do not think that the price of performance is justified. "Wir waren vor einigen Jahren einmal hier gewesen und von Salat und Tapas absolut überzeugt gewesen. Des wegen waren wir der Meinung es wäre eine gute Idee, diesmal zu reservieren und den Abend hier zu verbringen, dies erwies sich jedoch als kompletter Fehlschlag. Es begann mit der Reservierung, die auf die falsche Uhrzeit (1h zu früh) gebucht wurde. Anschließend wurden wir von unprofessionellem Personal bedient, das ein Schweineschnitzel nicht von einem Filet unterscheiden konnte. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann Stein und Bein behauptet es wäre ein Filet und man serviere das schon seit 11 Jahren so. Das war aber noch nicht die Höhe, denn das Filet war trocken und die Fischpaella war absolut ungewürzt und schmeckte nach altem Fisch. Der einzige Lichtblick des Abends waren die Tapas, die sind absolut zu empfehlen. Die Oliven, Datteln und Calamari waren sehr gut. Trotzdem, bei den Preisen wird uns das garantiert nie wieder passieren, pappige, frittierte Kartoffeln kann man auch zu Hause machen."
