"Zäh, fettig, geschmacklos! Dönerteller mit Lammfleisch: Fleisch ist zäh und hat viele Fettknubbel, welche fest zwischen den Söhnen hängenbleiben (habe es erst zu Hause mit Zahnseide herausgekriegt) Der Reis ist fettig und pappig verklebt wie eine Masse: guter Reis schmeckt anders Salatblätter, Tomaten, Gurken und Zwiebeln schmeckt man nicht heraus, stattdessen die saure Vinaigrette Das Brot ist nicht frisch, sondern zäh, macht keinen Spaß das Lokal liegt günstig am Bahnhof. Daneben gibt es (leider) kaum andere Gastronomie (McD, Subway, Bäcker) im Sommer kann man draußen sitzen Bedienung ist freundlich Fazit: leckerer Döner geht anders. Mein Gericht war zum Abgewöhnen. Schade um das Geld und um meinen Magen."

"Nettes kleines Restaurant mit Innen- und Außenterrasse. Hier wird alles noch von Hand gemacht. Das saftige, krosse Gyros und das leckere Zatziki überzeugten sofort. Auch die Pommes perfekt frittiert. Die Bedienung und der Chef sind äußerst nett und gehen auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Friendly staff, good service and a great choice of pizza, pasta, salad etc. Only downside was that we ordered 1 large and 2 standard and were served 3 standard. "Das Blue Fox mag von der Front her eher nichtssagend aussehen, aber ein Besuch lohnt sich! Der Biergarten ist trotz der Lage an einer der Hauptstraßen in Gütersloh schön ruhig und gemütlich. Dort kann man sehr gut den ein oder anderen Sommerabend verbringen. Die Speisekarte ist nicht zu überladen und bietet unter anderem vegetarische und vegane Gerichte, Salate, loaded fries, Burger (auch mit vegetarisch oder vegan möglich) und Pizza. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 9 Leuten da und uns hat es ausnahmslos gut geschmeckt. Das Essen kam unerwartet schnell (wir hatten bei der Gruppengröße mit einer längeren Wartezeit gerechnet). Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Einzig bei den Parkplätzen muss man Glück haben, da es im kleinen Innenhof nicht all zu viele davon gibt. Aber rund herum sollte man ebenfalls eine Parkmöglichkeit finden."

"we visited the fritz with some friends. the food (meat dishes) were unfortunately only lukewarm. on demand, the foods were taken back and reprocessed. the recommended day, the healed, was very good. "Interesting location! I've heard that long time ago here it was a place where people worked and produced different materials - textiles especially - but today you can find here a pretty nice restaurant with a great atmosphere who really makes the difference.Waiters / Waitresses are pretty nice and they move quick enough to please the guests and that's important when you haven't enough time to wait for something to eat or drink. The food is good enough and there are many options here but they don't have anything sweet, they just "maybe" could prepare something for you if you really want that, like Tiramisu but I didn't try to do it. Not yet! They have all sort of coffee and beer and other drinks and some music but only late, in the evening. People could come here also with their kids at 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. because later there are "rush hours ", especially between 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. - a lot of noise, people who laugh and talk very lout and you can't understand even a single word because for one hour this place becomes something chaotically but still friendly. Good to know: from Monday to Saturday they open the restaurant at 5:00 p.m. and on Sunday - at 12:00 / at noon - that's interesting. Yet, they haven't specifics hours for closing up...Just a few steps to this place there are at least 3 other locations where you can watch a show or something - the tickets's price are ok. Anyway...interesting place with some history behind it, friendly staff, pretty good food and yes...the atmosphere who really makes the difference. Don't forget about the clubs (around) and all those shows...if there are 3 shows in a single evening then maybe you'll find what you need...Who knows?"
