The food and drinks at this restaurant are fantastic. The Sunday roast lamb is delicious and the red wine is lovely. The atmosphere is great and the service is top-notch. The food and atmosphere at this restaurant were wonderful, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. Despite enjoying a fabulous roast dinner, we were disappointed that no one came to take our dessert order. Our plates were cleared without being asked if we wanted dessert, which was a shame. It seems that more staff are needed, especially when there are live bands performing. Overall, we would rate the service as a 2 out of 5.

I stayed at this restaurant for 2 nights with breakfast included. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was charming, with a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and a small table and chairs overlooking the river. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served in the pub, featuring a delicious homemade full English meal. I would rate the rooms a 5, the service a 5, and the location a 4. The highlights of this restaurant are its quiet atmosphere and great value.

Lovely pub and interior. Drinks were good, music was good food was ok. I wish I could give this place 5 stars. What could up their game is a card machine that works (been broken for ages , more staff to cater for their hungry/willing/loyal customers and bigger portions with the food.
