"One of the best experiences we had in Mallorca. It was a spectacle of flavors. All dishes very well prepared with fresh, local products. We asked for a table for our birthday celebration and they reserved a very nice place for us, which also made the experience even more memorable. Jony was tireless in providing excellent service and should be a model of service. In addition to all the knowledge to perfectly pair dishes with drinks. Not to mention that he speaks many languages, it is impossible not to communicate well with him. Highlight for the Scallop Gratin, with unique and unforgettable seasoning and preparation. The famous Mosquito is really worth it. The Pistachio Tiramisu and Guinness Cake desserts also surprise positively with their simplicity and explosion of flavors. It's one of the places we want to visit again on our next stay in Mallorca."
