"Très bonne brasserie, avec une carte sans prétention ni excès de choix. Les plats sont plutôt bien présentés, le service rapide et le personnel très sympathique. Grande terrasse, agréable car en majeur partie située à l'ombre et entourée par les façades de vieilles pierres, typiques de la région. Les prix restent néanmoins assez élevés mais la qualité des plats (et du pains soit dit en passant ! atténue la douloureuse."

"Etant au camping des gorges nous allés au restaurant de la Paillotte vraiment la première soirée parfait de l'apéritif au café mais la deuxième soirée franchement le service affreux apéritif chaud plus d'une demie heure d'attente pour le plat poisson (bar) le serveur a répondu il est gros qu'il a du mal a cuire réclamant la carte des vins jamais amené sur la table vraiment nul Pourtant serveuse dynamique qui peut remplacer au moins trois serveurs Nous ne retournerons jamais dans ce restaurant déçus au possible"

"We come here expecting a standard little small town restaurant with a nice view of the Ardéche river and the bridge connecting Saint-Martin-d’Ardéche with Aigueze. We were completely surprised. The staff are all extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. The menu has mostly simple dishes an...first glance, but these are all prepared perfectly. Even the hamburger of the house that I ordered was everything I look for in a hamburger: ingredients all prepared well en combined for a great execution, yet the hamburger doesn’t fall apart like counterparts in most ‘hamburger boutiques’. To top it all off, the price was on the cheaper side for a restaurant with a nice view. If you are ever in Saint-Martin-d’Ardéche and you are looking for something quieter that the rowdy tourist restaurants, certainly visit restaurant Bellevue!"

"We went to eat there on a Saturday night and the restaurant had a big tab. So (at least we put this on this fact) we waited for more than half an hour before a card was given to us (while it was one of the waitress who installed us) and it was necessary for my friend to go and claim! What's a bit annoying is that two tables arrived after us had the cards before ... at the level of service it also took a certain time. We weren't particularly in a hurry but wait for more than an hour between our arrival and the service of the dishes when we come with children it's a little complicated! for food, it was pretty good on the other hand. Choose salads, pizzas, a home hamburger and 3 melted cheese dishes. the wine map is quite diverse, that of desserts too. the prices are in the average of what we usually find for this kind of restoration ( 14.50 the hamburger in photo for example ) ."
