"for the claim of the restaurant and the cure house as a whole, it was a total disappointment. we have eaten two a la carte. the food was for the prices called, but the service did not go. that the restaurant chief in a washed-out jeans sees his job, we would have expected more at a pizzeria than in this restaurant. the personal seems to be completely unlearned, as the necessary coordination and professionalism was completely lacking. starting with the fact that to taste the wine, the glass was already half full filled, then we sat over 20 minutes before the used tellers of the appetizer until we were again observed, i.e. we had approx. 35 minutes of no contact to the service... that we sat the rest of our stay before the vinegar and oil of the salates, was just another detail. when the main course was through, I still looked into the dessert card part of the total food card that was put on the table closed. we ordered 2 espressi, which were then brought a few minutes later, unfortunately without sugar... the sugar was going to last almost 10 minutes!, as before other guests were served. until then the espressi were cold. we pointed out and got 2 new ones. we still had no information about ice and sorbet. on the note that we wanted to ask for this, we thanked the above. when we asked about the bill she was placed on the table with the simultaneous words “...I wish them a nice evening” on the hacke returns and disappeared... as we went to other guests who had to fish even the wine bottle in order to reassure themselves..."
