"I booked and paid for a 2-night stay at this hotel through Hotels.com. After a nearly 6-hour journey, I arrived only to find the hotel closed. Now, they refuse to give me a refund. They were quick to take my money, but won’t release a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This is a complete disgrace."
