"One of the few pizzas I didn't have to drink in the evening. The secret?The dough and the good ingredients. Sounds banal, but a good pizza is definitely seen on the dough. There are three more ingredients that are very important to me, such as tomato sauce, mozzarella and the passion that the Pizzaiolo has in it. The pizza last night was just delicious. The right atmosphere, the kindness and sympathy of the staff and the warm and clean environment made yesterday's evening a wonderful evening. It was the first time, but not the last time.
