"In this location, surrounded as it is with large restaurants spilling out onto the pavement with their me-too menus of les pizzas and pâtes and overly familiar sounding meals, it is most unexpected to find a bespoke and personal restaurant offering a fine selection of dishes cooked with care. The menu, described appropriately as the 'carte du moment' presents a mercifully small number of seasonal and therefore changing entrées, plats and desserts. However, it is still hard to choose. Each one is enticing, interesting and original with the promise of flavours, combinations of ingredients and textures, without tricks and unnecessary embellishment. For a large number, a selection of all the entrées as share dishes makes a lot of sense. Everyone gets a taste of something and the difficulty of having to choose is avoided. For the plats, a single selection is best with pork, duck, tuna and salmon along with risotto as options on the night we were there. A fine burger also available is perhaps a concession to the location and, actually, a very fine dish. Four desserts are offered with each one tempting and beautifully prepared. Another selection for the table is highly recommended. The wine list is adequate and the ambiance works for lone dining as well as for a larger and more raucous group. The service is smiling and efficient as well as courteous. This is a place to make a favourite. The risk to this reviewer is that it will become deservedly highly popular and impossible for last minute bookings."

"За прошедшие годы после изменений ресторан стал настоящим кулинарным жемчужином! Недавно я посетил Мирасур, что было действительно хорошо, но я предполагаю, что кухня La Passagere более интересная и сложная. L'ESQUINADO crab en raviole, икра osciètre, écume à la verveine and LE PIGEON Grillé à l'âtre, crème d'artichaut et amande Barbajuan de cuisses confites являются настоящими шедеврами. LE ROUGET Brû à la flamme, comme un Boui-abaisso , consommé cit la citronnelle and LE POUTARDIER wild Grey mullet DE PLEINE MER Mariné au sudachi et coriandre также очень хороши. Ужин был увенчан великим десертом LA FIGUE aux effluves de miel déee au nectar de sangria, crème glacée au chèvre frais et éclats de meringue и совершенным brasilian robusta. Большое спасибо шефу Аурелину Véquaud! Закат был впечатляющим, а также хорошим прологом отличного ужина. Жду второй звезды Мишлен! В последние годы ресторан сильно изменился к лучшему и стал настоящей кулинарной жемчужиной побережья! И, на мой взгляд, кухня здесь более интересная и изысканная, чем трехзвездочный ресторан Mirasur и лучший ресторан в мире по рейтингу San Pellegrino THE WORLD’S 50 BEST RESTAURANTS 2019 в Ментоне. L'ESQUINADO crab ravioli с черной икрой и голубь с кремом артишока и миндалем - шедевры. Carpaccio LE POUTARDIER mullet и LE ROUGET red mullet также превосходны. Ужин был увенчан с инжировым десертом с козьим сыром и белым шоколадом. Отличный кофе. Великолепный вид на закат над бухтой был хорошим прологом к великому ужину. Спасибо шефу Аурелину Вéквауду!"

"Nei nostri soggiorni ad Antibes ci serviamo spesso in questa ''rosticceria/gastronomia'' che offre innanzitutto una eccellente qualità nei prodotti e negli ingredienti,cucinati con sapienza e con grandissima varietà (alcuni di essi sono proposti secondo un menù settimanale ben preciso)--E' un po' cara ma adeguata appunto al livello delle materie prime usate e della qualità della cucina ,qualche volta addirittura raffinata. I piatti proposti sono assolutamente francesi nella loro tipicità, e in particolari lyonesi (come dice il nome stesso del negozio),quindi con molto uso di maiale,condimenti,salse,patè e terrine di vario genere, e a volte molto elaborati: bisogna quindi saper scegliere quelli più adatti al proprio gusto ( e/o al proprio colesterolo). Tutte le carni per esempio sono invitanti e succulente (brasati,arrosti, stracotti,roastbeef, coniglio in casseruola,faraona ) , come pure l'l'aiolì,la paella già porzionata in vaschette..Persino il purè di patate è di vere patate come quelllo fatto in casa un tempo...Idem per la scelta di piatti freddi (un gran numero di insalate ,verdure, taboulè, riso freddo,aspic grandi o mini di vario genere,salmone diversamente lavorato ,terrine di ogli tipo ). Gradevolissimi in estate le piccole millefoglie di pasta e verdure , i pomodori freddi ripieni, i cocktail di pompelmo e gamberi,e altre specialità assai ''francesi''della casa."
