"Very well located at the station, the restaurant Le Bouchot is a sure value to delight fish and seafood always very fresh. The welcome is very pleasant, the bosses and the staff are smiling, it's a family business, and it's very well so. The menu is full of good dishes, the entrances (eights always perfect are varied, but I advise fish (moules, bar, raie, salmon, sole fillets that are very well cooked with a lot of taste and choice for accompaniments (riz, fries, pdt, small vegetables... . Prices are very reasonable in view of the freshness of the dishes, and even for aperitives, wines and champagnes. For us, it is undoubtedly the best value for money in Arras for the products of the Sea for a dinner in love as for a lunch on the thumb. Bravo has our Virginie and Hervé hoods and their daughter still so fond of their profession, while remaining simple, welcoming and very friendly."

"The Palermo, a restaurant in the center of Arras that is well placed to finish a day of stroll on Arras. It is part of the restaurants with a cellar that is very appreciable because original. The staff is rather warm and welcoming. For dishes, a slight waiting but normal for a Saturday night. The dishes are well topped and especially very good! Only small inconveniences on my part and the one my companion, the pasta was a little warm to see almost cold.. but otherwise very good! The house desperados is not bad at all. It changes the version made. For the rest of the meal and the most often expected dessert. To pass the order we had to appeal to the staff after a long wait... a little had this feeling of being forgotten. Once the order is made. I tried the homemade shotamisu with speculos. Too bad the biscuits on top is totally soft.. piur the tiramisu the flavors are in there are together. Maybe just to my taste too liquid and not enough the taste of the speculos. "I work next door. This restaurant quickly became my canteen. They've recently changed ownership. And that's even better. Unlike some bad languages, pizza is 99% home. Well yes they don't push tomatoes and don't make their mozza themselves! The dough is a pure treat except for those who love American pizzas delivered in sccoter with saindoux in the crust! As for the rest of the card, the freshman is guaranteed. The frame is more than nice. The service is very pro. "Nous avons réservé pour 20 personnes mais problème familiale on était 10 Nous avions téléphoné Pour les prévenir En arrivant à la Serveuse nous dit clairement que ça l'arrange Puis le serveur ne savez même pas de me renseigner sur les cocktails Vous avez attendu passer une demi-heure avant d'être servi Or mon mari avait commandé une bouteille de champagne qui étaient servis de suite donc nous avons pris l'apéritif en décalé Ce qui est dommage car on Était censé être là pour fêter l'anniversaire de mon mari ensuite les plats on est arrivés catastrophique les pizza avec supplément burratta Qui en était même pas à nous expliquer Et quand on a demandé pour que ça soit changée avec des mozzarella à nous a carrément dit qu'il y en avait plus qu'une Le jambon de parme grossièrement coupé sur les pizzas Qui avait une couleur un peu vert On aurait dit des pizzas industrielles. Ce n'était pas la première fois qu'on venait mais la en était clairement déçu je ne reviendrais plus à fuir..."

"Avec une collègue nous décidons d'aller se poser pour le déjeuner dans cette brasserie. Le cadre est peu kitsch assumé auquel on se laisse facilement prendre au jeu et les fauteuils sont agréables pour y manger. Les tables sont assez éloignées les unes des autres et permettent de discuter en toute tranquillité. les cartes sont relativement variées sur le papier bien que l'ensemble des plats proposés soit classique. Nous prendrons une salade et une viande, pas de fioritures mais pas non plus excellent, simple en somme et j'ai déjà mangé mieux ailleurs pour le même prix hélas.Par contre nous avons trouvé le personnel très avenant et agréable, présent comme il faut sans jamais trop en faire et prompt à bien s'occuper des clients, un excellent point. Au final j'aurai voulu mettre 4 sur 5 mais la note globale par rapport aux assiettes mériterait plutôt un bien mais pas vraiment un très bien, sauf pour le personnel d'où la notation dissociée pour féliciter ces derniers."

"I thank the whole team at Tomate Cerise restaurant. I organized at home my grandmother's birthday (80 years old. We were able to find a unique rate for a complete menu with several choices (apero, entrance, dish, birthday cake, drinks and coffee. Everything for a more than reasonable rate. We were able to enjoy the room with the car on the ceiling just for us, with the bonus children's play room. The service was perfect, we were all served at the same time important when you are 40 adults. We had a very good day at home. That was great. Some guests didn't know the sign, they'll be back. "What would you do if you served someone a rotten rank oyster that they were foolish enough to put in their mouth and then immediately spat out on realising their mistake? I would as a minimum offer some more good free oysters and not charge for the ones ordered accompanied by profuse apologies. This 'restaurant ' did none of that, they just charged me the full amount. On complaint they knocked off 20% of the oyster bill for the one rotten one. In addition, my friends mussels were not great and faintly maloderous, the wine was all bit below par but marginally acceptable. Only rotten oyster ever in France. It stunk to high heaven, how they missed it I don 't t know."

"place is a bit on the small side, but all in the opposite. eating is excellent! we were a large group of 13 with different taste, but the menu had something for everyone. all the feeds were cooked to a very high standard and when they sit in the cellar restaurant, they can see that it is freshly cooked. during the completion of our meal, the excellent waitress spent some time sharing our bill on the relevant couples and singles (can not be asked for more! . I would recommend the set menu and since our group was quite large, we had everything of it. so if they are in arras and want an excellent menu with excellent service they cannot go wrong."

"We did not have a reservation but we were accommodated within 5 minutes. Unfortunately the waiter had a poor attitude from the beginning. He had a problem understanding what we wanted to drink despite us pointing our order on the drinks menu. When he returned...with the drinks he slammed them down on the table. Our food order was taken; one of the party wanted potatoes but she was told that she could only have fries. We then noticed boiled potatoes on another table so it was clear that this was incorrect. The starter arrived; it looked lovely and was very tasty however we were not brought side plates nor bread for the Camembert. The waiters attitude was so poor I approached him and asked him if he had a problem with us; he didn’t seem to understand us. I then went directly to the guy on the till to express my frustration as he had managed to get a further drinks order incorrect. Another waiter came over and we explained what we needed but by this time we had already started eating the starter. During the starter a serving of potatoes arrived which we had asked for with the main course. The main course arrived; mine a steak was inedible (picture below) my husbands was no better the chicken burger was black. Our friend who had asked for potatoes received fries instead so we had to ask again for boiled potatoes. Bread arrived at this point which we had requested with the starter! The waiter who replaced our original waiter was very pleasant and tried to make amends. We agreed we would pay for the starters and drinks for our meal; our companions paid in full. Sadly by this stage our meal had been spoilt by an arrogant rude waiter but we are grateful for the attention of the waiter who replaced him. Looking round the restaurant the food did look good in general it was just our two meals which were inedible."

"I came with my father Ricard and blackcurrant aperitif a nice little bite was offered to us but I would have liked to have some peanuts that I saw from my seat in a plastic box because the wait was long even though there weren't many tables to serve my father had andouillette arras, mustard sauce and andouillette good 15.50€ a regret for the fries, fine and frozen ones for a restaurant called the cellar of flavors too bad... we are the potato region I see that others had salad, dad had some kind of rocket leaves cooked in the shape of a thread I took lamb shank, we agreed to exchange the flageolet beans for very good green beans, the little mouse good as well as the sauce, the small potatoes good but 3 small potatoes I found that stingy, I was still hungry for a 22€ dish I had to sauce it with bread I told myself it would be better to eat a starter if I went back The setting is nice the atmosphere was full of regulars with whom the boss spoke, we didn't feel the heat, we were just there at the bill we were not asked if it was even when we were eating we were not asked they didn't ask us if we wanted a coffee, a dessert, I think we had to leave... but it doesn't matter, we didn't want any it would be perfect with real fries at least 5-6 pdt of shot given their sizes. flavor does not mean smallness for those who have “normal” hunger I recommend taking starter, main course and dessert or go to the St Germain restaurant next door where we are well served (the ribs tip top! I think I would go back but maybe one evening to eat light is better or by taking the menu I give the average for the kitchen and the service because I believe that we need to improve these points which can be very easily corrected to have a 5"

"pleasant decor in a beautiful cellar located on the large square of routs. The night we had dinner, I found the noisy room. the service was assured by the boss who had difficulty, despite his accommodating, to face to satisfy the customers. So a kind but minimal service, the boss only makes flash visits to the tables. We missed the pepper, but we gave up to ask, not being fast enough to get a second of the boss's availability. Stairs and fries: correct, reasonable prices (52€ to 2 with beers)"
