"Siamo stati al cucinaio per pranzo. Abbiamo mangiato delle ottime tigelle, mozzarella di bufala e burrata accompagnate da un eccellente prosciutto di Parma. Non c´é che dire tutti i prodotti sono di ottima qualità e dimostrano competenza e un´accurata selezione. Purtroppo non abbiamo assaggiato il vino perché di tre che eravamo mia moglie era incinta, io dovevo guidare ed il nostro amico che ci accompagnava é praticamente astemio, ma ci rifaremo presto perché ci torneremo di sicuro. Ciliegina sulla torta il servizio é ottimo. I padroni sono una coppia molto gentile e siamo rimasti quasi un´ora a chiacchierare piacevolmente con loro."

"It should be a cozy breakfast. it was unfortunately only the Terasse opened, which nobody told us when booking. In free surrounded by approx. 20-30 wasps it was impossible to eat breakfast. The service power was extremely unfriendly when we told her to light coffee powder, that would not allow the boss. So after we got up, she let us have breakfast inside. Then we were told that it was only 3 weeks a year, otherwise it would be with the wasps. I told him that our daughter has a puppy allergy and it would be dangerous. but a shoulder streak was the answer. Then there was no more speech of 45min and then escape. Too bad for this restaurant you could make more of it. In addition, only students or pupils were there who had no desire. For the price level, I can expect trained forces. Then I'd like to pay."

"Nettes Lokal und sehr freundlicher Chef. Wir waren so gegen 13.00 vor Ort und waren die einzigsten Gäste. Es waren auch noch Handwerker im Lokal wo die Heizung repariert haben, das hat uns nicht gestör. Wir hatten 2x Döner Teller mit Pommes,das Fleisch hätte heißer sein können und mehr pommes hätte nannte drauf machen können. Es war über den Salat ein löffel von Dressing, über den Fleisch ein löffel voll Soße und separat hat man uns 3er lei Soßen gebracht. Hier könnte man etwas Brot oder etwas dazu reichen. Wir hatten als Vorspeise noch Knoblauch mit Oliven bestell das hatte die Bedienung anscheinend nicht verstanden weil es nicht gekommen ist. Wir kommen wieder und probieren es nochmal. Macht einfach weniger Soßen drauf ,Fleisch knusprig und heißer und mehr Pommes. Salat aufeinander extra Teller wäre auch besser.. Ansonsten macht weiter so"

"especially the price-performance ratio to the midday buffet is unbeatable!From the crisp wakame over shake nigiri to california roll, all sushi classics were available in excellent quality. but also more unusual variations can be found here (e.g. nigiri with smoked ham and something cheese congratulated on Teriyaki sauce).The service was also very friendly and attentive and has always pointed out that even if you like to reorder from the card something should be missing on the band.In any case a secret tip!"

"The restaurant of the Landhotel Klingerhof two miles away, our base, was closed and the receptionist recommended the Old Church in nearby Haibach, a pretty village in the valley below. It was almost full, and that at on a Sunday evening a good...sign! The place looked quite authentic, an impression re-inforced by the realisation that many locals were eating there. A friendly young waitress brought us a quite extensive menu in German only and we opted for a carafe of what we were told was a dry white housewine at a moderate price whilst we perused it. Neither of us found the wine dry and it was exchanged for another one without fuss, this time dry. I opted for the onion soup. My wife wanted a small tuna salad as a starter and sensibly suggested we should order our main course later, having seen the size of portions on other tables. My steaming soup arrived first, served in a big bowl; just as well it was so hot that I had to wait because it took some time for her salad to arrive. A starter salad? It was enormous, very fresh and delicious! Outgoing diners had to pass our table and we noticed that nearly all had a ‘doggy bag’ – it seemed to be taken for granted that most would be defeated by the amount of food and cardboard boxes to take uneaten food home were provided as if it was a matter of course. Our first course would have been enough but I felt a bit guilty, ordered some more wine, then agreed with my wife that we would order a Wiener Schnitzel (her choice) to be shared between us. A large plate with two schnitzels, French fries and salad arrived. We just could not do the contents justice (the food tasted fine and managed to eat just about a quarter between us. I had to explain to the waitress that there was nothing wrong with the food – on the contrary – and she immediately asked if we wanted a box to take the rest with us, an offer we declined. For two sizable first courses, basket of bread, a gigantic main course and ¾ litres of a very acceptable house wine the bill came to Euros!...This was quantity paired with quality at a give-away price!"

"enthusiastic, I came back, we had a table reserved for a large group on Saturday, the service was excellent, dedicated, fast, competent, super friendly. I have rarely experienced such a great service. such a worker wishes every restaurant. eating was fantastic with each of us and the price was very reasonable. the steaks were as ordered, the baguette exceptionally good and some extra desires were offered and served immediately, the art of the craft is to taste especially in the self-made ice creams. if you want to spend a beautiful ambiente and a beautiful evening with excellent eating, they are in the weinstube kitz right!"

"The waiter was very warm and friendly and recommended the Mantu dish, which turned out tender and delicious, as were all the other entrees. The variety appetizer was amazing (I would personally recommend the avocado cream wedges) and the Afghan dessert (pistachio and cardamom pudding) was like nothing I have ever tried before and was a nice, light ending to the meal. "Waren von der Rückreise aus Prag Richtung Ruhrgebiet unterwegs und in den Abendstunden Höhe Aschaffenburg. Der Magen hat sich gemeldet und da dieser keine Lust auf McDonalds, Burger King oder sonstigen "Rummel" entlang der Autobahn hatte sind wir Aschaffenburg Zentrum abgefahren um Google zu befragen wo man denn wohl in der Nähe griechisch Essen könne. Es kamen auf anhieb drei Treffer, wir haben uns aus dem Bauch heraus für das Akropolis entschieden. Das war nicht das Näheste, möglicherweise wäre sogar eine andere Ausfahrt strategisch günstiger gewesen?! Egal, Adresse ins Navi eingetippt und die Entscheidung nicht bereut!Von außen ein ansprechendes Haus, von innen allerdings der absolute Hammer! Noch nie solch einen modern eingerichteten Griechen gesehen! Alles stimmig und harmonisch, das Personal nett und freundlich. Das Eindecken der Tische geschieht mit weißen Handschuhen, allein das schon ist absolut erwähnenswert! Der Beilagensalat kam als Vorspeise nach dem ersten Gruß aus der Küche, nie einen besseren gegessen!! Danach kam ein Ouzo auf´s Haus, anschließend die bestellte Hauptspeise. Noch nie habe ich bei einem Griechen solch einen leckeren Gemüse-Reis gegessen! Das Fleisch schön knusprig-zart, der Tzaziki nicht zu scharf -einfach perfekt!Zum krönenden Abschluß gab es noch einen Gruß aus der Küche, das ist Kundenbindung auf allerhöchstem Niveau!Wir werden leider nicht allzu oft wieder kommen können -aber wenn wir in der Gegend sind freuen wir uns schon jetzt auf einen weiteren Besuch!!"

"a Friday evening led us the first time in this restaurant that is not yet very long.After reading the previous reviews we were initially somewhat skeptical, because the prices and the small portions were cumbersome. therefore my partner and I first ordered the mixed starter plate. this also contained not as in the previous reviews were complained of 3 parts of everything but 4 of all, so that he was good to share but also has already made very good satt. the main foods (tinted fish with pepper-bone sauce and mixed vegetables for about 15 euro, bark meat with green curry) were very tasty, authentic flavored and more than sufficient. Even without an appetizer, we would never have done anything. for the happiness we could have the rest packed. we could also observe others, as they didn't do everything. so we cannot confirm the small portions of the definitiw. perhaps still worth knowing: all meals can also be ordered to take away and for picking up you can also park in front of the local park. also the terrace is very worthwhile. we are coming back in definitiw!"

"Whoever knows the boss knows that he is absolutely authentic and remains true. We were also able to experience this during a visit to the Schönthal Weinstuben and, after a perfect meal, we are convinced that this time we do not let years go to the country again to visit it in its site. "A funky little place with both indoor and outdoor seating (great for people watching). The menu changes regularly so there are always new options to try. The food is always fresh and deliciously prepared. The proprietors are great people and the service is always friendly. You are not waited on, but rather pick out/order your food and drinks yourself which has the advantage of getting your food quicker. During the lunch hour, it gets quite busy and the tables fill up fast.My wife, who is a Web Designer, often meets with her clients here and has become a regular."
