"Tonight my friend wanted to eat spaghetti, so we went to Fratelli, because I had previously worked there and knew that it tasted good there the service was nice. failed!!! What is the point of candles if they are not lit? My friend ordered a Jack Daniels with 2 ice cubes, when we saw no ice cubes and asked about it, we got the answer that it had already melted. Instead of simply taking the glass with you and putting ice cubes in it, the waiter insisted again that she had already made it and that it was cold. We left it like that. Hospitality looks different. A little smile and an apology that it took a little longer could have made things right again. It also took a really long time for the drinks to come, even though we ordered them before choosing the food. Unfortunately the food did not live up to our expectations. The 2 points only go to the kitchen, because you responded to extra requests and arranged it nicely. We have definitely eaten better at other restaurants. My friend said we'll eat somewhere else next time. I don't know if my friend left a tip there, but I think so because he's not petty. Also, my menu was dirty.
