"The town center is small and almost all pedestrianized. I was there in December and so the Weinachtmarkt (Christmas market) was in full swing. Be warned they keep fairly early hours, some of the outer stalls close at 8pm and the inner ones (around the ice rink) stay open only until 9pm. The town itself is built on natural springs and there are several public and private baths and spas.The walking area is huge and varied from the town center shops to the park around the baths to the large wood on the other side of the town hall (Rathaus). The only place we found to change money (dollars) without an account was the Stadt Sparkasse (10E fee on $300)"

"Wir waren übers Wochenende in Bad Oeynhausen im Privathotel Stickdorn und das Restaurant ist ganz in der Nähe. Wir waren ohne Reservierung dort und wurden freundlich empfangen und haben draußen noch einen Tisch ergattern können. Wir haben als Vorspeise Caprese und das Rinder Carpaccio gewählt. Es kam zügig und es hat so lecker geschmeckt. Wir konnten in Ruhe unsere Vorspeise essen ohne das der Hauptgang schon gedrängelt hat. Das Zeitmanagement war toll. Unsere Nudeln im Hauptgang waren selbst gemacht und auch hier waren wir sehr begeistert. Mein Mann und ich waren mit der Essenswahl sehr zufrieden . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir mal wieder in Bad Oeynhausen sind!"

"We were there with our friends shortly after 9:00. Especially we noticed the very friendly service and the cozy atmosphere. At the beginning we received a greeting from the kitchen with which we were more than satisfied. Main dish for my wife and friends was fish and I had the big tapas plate. "Erster Besuch aufgrund einer Empfehlung aber leider enttäuschend! Grosse Karte mit den klassischen Gerichten eines griechischen Restaurants in Deutschland. Die Portionen sind gross (den Salat gibts vorneweg, neben Reis oder Pommes gibts immer noch Kartoffelgratin zu den Gerichten) aber das Essen ist leider vollkommen geschmacksneutral! Wir hatten den Akropolisteller (Gyros, Souflaki, Suzukia) sowie überbackenes Gyros in Metaxasauce: alles wenig gewürzt, fettig und insgesamt langweilig im Geschmack.Der Service: Vielleicht aufgrund der hohen Gästezahl etwas chaotisch. Zu allem Überfluss war an diesem Abend noch der Kartenleser ausgefallen so dass nur Barzahlung möglich war.Wir werden sicherlich nicht nochmal wiederkommen. Dafür gibt es einfach zu viele bessere griechische Restaurants in der Umgebung"

"Nella nostra prima serata a Bad Oeynhausen eravamo abbastanza fortunati da essere licenziati dal ristorante che avevamo prenotato per mangiare in una recensione su Hotel Stickdorn e quindi attraversò la strada per essere accolti calorosamente in questo favoloso Ristorante Paradiso. Il ristorante ... era quasi pieno ma il personale era gentile e cordiale e ci ha trovato rapidamente un tavolo. Il tavolo era magnificamente impostato con una rosa rossa e una singola candela alta e ci hanno fornito acqua e pane fresco e un campione di una Bruchetta. Il servizio è stato rapido e piacevole e la cameriera ha anche interpretato il menu tedesco dove richiesto. Il cibo era generosamente proporzionato e un buon valore con la grappa complementare con il controllo. Era un piacere avere un servizio così gentile e gentile e ad essere così accolto. "Wir waren hier zum Firmenessen. Die Qualität und Auswahl des Essens würde ich als gut bis sehr gut bewerten. Die Geschwindigkeit bei der Getränkebestellung bis zur Lieferung ist unterirdisch. Sowohl auf die zweite Wasserflasche als auch auf den Espresso mussten wir ca. 15 min warten. Nach der zweiten Runde haben wir es dann aufgegeben irgendwas zu bestellen. Auch die Arroganz des Kellners der die Getränkebestellung zu Beginn aufnahm und alles im Kopf zu behalten schien war beim Begleichen der Rechnung im Höhepunkt angelangt. Es gab keine Begrüßung, kein Lächeln, keine Einweisung zum Buffet, auch keine Verabschiedung dafür ein wirklich arrogantes, Hinklatschen der Rechnung.. Die GOP Show war ausnahmslos super, aber das Restaurant empfehle ich zumindest für Gruppen nicht weiter"

"We were looking for a place to eat before the GOP visit. We chose the Stadtglück because it is very close to the Imperial Palace and offers a good selection of food (salads, schnitzel varieties, burgers, pasta, tarte flambée, etc. . The email contact in advance of our visit was very quick and friendly. The interior is very nicely designed (see photo and we had a great table by the window. The service staff is very friendly and attentive. All my respect goes to them because of the long staircase to the upper floor where the kitchen is located. Bringing the food down without any accidents and at a fairly high speed respect! I would have tumbled down the stairs with my orders long ago... ; The food was super tasty and pretty prepared (see photo . However, I have to mention my only negative point here: The starter was served together with the main course and unfortunately that is a no go. So the starter became dessert because I wanted the burger and fries hot. But don 't deduct a star for that, because the rest was just too good. Hopefully next time it will go right. : Conclusion: A very nice, tasty stay well suited as a GOP warm up!"

"The location at the Ententeich in Siel and Werre is of course great and will only be improved in the future by the Werrestrand. Operation was very nice. We ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza was not my taste (cheese tasted nothing at all and fade), but I recommend the pasta. I found the drinks quite expensive and the Degistif didn't taste any. After dissolved magnesium tablets."

Krautsalat war geschmacklich der schlechteste bisher,vlt wegen dem ÖL ?! Die Vorspeisen waren Super und der Hauptgang bis auf das Fleisch auch (totgebraten).Rechnung gab es keine,, nicht mal ein Zettel !!!!Die Räume sind schön ,wenn man nicht genauer hinschaut .Überall was kaputt und rundum nicht ganz sauber .Stilles Wasser in der Plastikflasche am Tisch serviert ,geht gar nicht."
