"Restaurant visited with family one evening during the Christmas holidays. You have to book 2 days in advance, we say to ourselves that this is a good sign, especially since it is the only tartiflette/raclette restaurant in the Luchon center! Quite amazing in fact. What a desappointment ! However, when we arrived at 7 p.m. when the restaurant opened, the owner was already shouting and giving her orders as if the restaurant was empty. We thought that once other customers arrived this would stop but no, she doesn't care about the customers, she bellows at her poor helpless server constantly to optimize her performance. In terms of taste, we are on a very basic raclette, a plate of classic cold meats, a ramekin with cheese (raclette, roblochon or bethmale of your choice) which has been melted before serving it to you and therefore which is cold at half your potatoes/cold meats eaten. In terms of quantity, we are on a small eater format but at the same time given the ambient hubbub, we don't want to stay there long! For the aperitif, our main courses and the desserts, we ate in 1 hour 20 minutes, so at a running pace because you understand, a 2nd service must be held behind. In short, the boss is there to make quantity, the rest she doesn't care. We won't set foot there again and advise mountain raclette fans to do it at home, it will always be better."
