"Uber over to Bartrès, a few miles from the crowds of pilgrims and tourists in Lourdes and enjoy authentic and delicious French country dishes at Au Bon Accueil. Owner/host Laurent greets guests warmly, enthusiastically explains and/or translates unfamiliar menu items, and oversees a waitstaff and kitchen that deliver beautifully presented and marvelously flavorful cuisine française. Prices for a three course dinner are VERY reasonable, with up-charges for some of the fancier and more costly items. The wine list features some noteworthy local wines that pair very well with the menu.Ris de veau and pan-seared duck liver pate are notable examples, but every dish we tried was excellent. So were the desserts. But then, who DOESN'T like French desserts??"
