"A day after visiting this charming farm café and shop during our family holiday, I was hit with the unpleasant realization that we had been short-changed £30. I fully understand that we should always double-check our change, but with the café packed and our two small boys running around, our attention was understandably elsewhere. My husband called the café to address the issue, only to be met with rudeness and basically labeled a liar, all without them even checking their system. They simply said they would get back to us via email. While the farm shop and café had a lovely atmosphere and delicious food, which would typically warrant a 5-star rating, the incompetence of the staff leaves me feeling that it scarcely deserves a 1-star review."
