A plate of charcuterie that smells the country, textures and compositions made with taste. Copious dish. Boeuf bourguignon and beef play are a treat. A chocolate dome and a very nice lemon mousse to conclude our meal. Step to never bypass, especially since there are rooms. Bravo to the 2C for performance. We loved it (even if there were no private joke fries)"
