"unfortunately I did not have good experiences with this delivery service. the order was delivered to part wrong. So I called there and told this, the employee on the phone then assured me that the next day I will receive the unfinished pizza, as this is no longer possible on the same day. the next day I called to get the missing pizza was told to call me back. that did not happen, but instead my number was blocked. when I called with another number and complained about this service, the employee was very aggressive and shouted at me over the phone. I am really very disappointed and I will no longer order. very bad that you don't apologize for mistakes and reacts so inconspicuously."
