"The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the decor is stunning. However, the menu is quite limited, and the prices are high, which raises expectations for perfection. Unfortunately, our experience fell a bit short due to some minor issues. My first choice for the main course wasn’t available, so I opted for a steak, which I believe should be priced per serving; it ended up costing around £38 for the fillet, side, and sauce. We asked for tap water, but unless you pay for bottled water, you're given a small glass that is refilled gradually from a lukewarm jug. Additionally, the nearly 25-minute wait for the bill at the end of the night was a lasting impression I won't soon forget. It's a beautiful place with well-meaning and hardworking owners, but they were likely affected by staff shortages and could use a few adjustments."
