"this restaurant is renamed within days under the new owner, a gentleman from Sicily, le florimont. we had only lunch there on the third day as it was opened under the new management. the kitchen is a mix of Italian and French. the chef spoke to us and said he will only have fresh ingredients, so the daily menus often change, but only a few choices. my man enjoyed be steak and salat and I went for the cheap menu of grilled red paprika, Italian style, and ricotta and spinat filled pasta. preserves a chance, so they try it when in the opposite."
