Als wir bei der Bestellung zögerten, ging sie sofort. . . !Wir fragten uns, ob es dieser Dame an Schulungen im Kundenservice mangelte (oder sogar an grundsätzlicher Höflichkeit! ? Vielleicht hat die Schwarze von einer Immunität profitiert?Während dieser ganzen Zeit waren wir höflich, geduldig und gaben den Vorteil des Zweifels. Die anderen Kellner waren normal und schienen etwas zu entschädigen. Tatsächlich haben wir sogar nach einem anderen Fondue gefragt!Das Schlimmste passierte jedoch, als die ältere schwarze Dame zurückkam, um die Flamme des Fondue-Brenners mit meinem Messer zu löschen! Dann warf sie das Messer lässig zurück auf den Tisch und ging prompt. Was ist gerade passiert? ? Ich sah meine Freunde ungläubig an. Als wir die Dame konfrontierten, sagte sie, das sei normal! Schockierendes und inakzeptables Verhalten! Aufgrund dieses völlig bedrückenden und schockierenden Service verließen wir das Restaurant, ohne zu zahlen, das erste Mal in unserem Leben, dass wir so etwas getan haben.TL; DR: Wenn Sie nicht respektlos sein und den Service von DISASTROUS erleben möchten, gehen Sie nicht in dieses Restaurant!"

Auch zu Fragen unseres Hauptgerichts antwortete sie fachlich sehr kompetent, so dass wir uns schon auf unsere gewählte Speise: Oktopus, freuten. Der von uns gewählte gemischte Salat mit italien Dressing war hervorragend, dazu das gewärmte Brot ein Genuss!Der servierte Oktopus mit Knoblauch in Olivenöl geschwenkt dazu gewärmte Tomatenscheiben und hauchdünne gebratene Kartoffeln : ein absolutes Highlight!!! Ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so vorzüglich gegessen!! Nichts war überwürzt, jedes Teil des Gerichtes bewahrte seinen natürlichen Geschmack, und vor allem die Oktopustentakeln bis ins dünnste ein Genuss!! Es ist eine Kunst, alles auf den Punkt zu grillen oder braten, da vor allem die dünnsten Tentakeln leicht zu Kohle verbrennen... Hier jedoch: alles perfekt, vom ersten bis zum letzten Biss!!! Bravo, wir werden wieder einkehren und uns verwöhnen lassen!!!"

The place was NOT busy but it took 10 mins for anyone to greet us and that was only after we went up to the counter to order. We ordered 3 sandwiches. They took 30 mins to come out... 30!!!!!!! I repeat it WASNT busy. Not only that, we ordered 3 tap waters. My sandwich came out and it was NOT what I ordered. And my friends came out 10 mins later when we had finished ours. After ordering another glass of tap water and not receiving it we had to go up to the counter AGAIN and ask for the bill. Not only had they charged me for the wrong (more expensive) sandwich they had an “open drinks” tab with 5 Francs for our tap water!!!! Are you kidding!! You lot are a disgrace and I will warn anyone I ever see to go nowhere near your appalling establishment. You’re an embarrassment and should be ashamed"

"Le plat principal est arrivé avant les entrées. Difficile de garder au chaud des filets de boeuf... un morceau de viande sur les 4 plats n'était pas tendre et un deuxième était vraiment trop cuit. Il a été remplacé sans discussion après notre réclamation mais de ce fait, nous n'avons pas mangé tous en même temps. La sauce à salade avait beaucoup trop de vinaigre. Les fonds des tartelettes du dessert n'étaient pas frais et avaient un mauvais goût. Le service n'était vraiment pas top (inondation avec l'eau et débrouillez vous pour manger au sec) malgré la gentillesse de la serveuse. En bref, nous avons été très déçus."
