"I'm really sorry, being attended to by a tremendous team of incompetents, who besides not accepting a call to attention, also made fun of me and when I tried to speak, they always talked over me, forcing me to have to shut up. I understand that when I go to the cash register to place my order, the employee should focus on what he is doing with me, and nothing else. I understand that he shouldn't like me. I understand that if there are other employees, it is up to them to serve other customers. Mr. Da Silva Daniel, came to the other guy's defense, and suddenly instead of one person making fun of me, there were two. I understand that making mistakes is human, but two people making fun of the customer is very wrong. What it all boiled down to was an apology because they don't know how to be professional. It made me feel the need to publicly express my displeasure against this service."
