"Sadly our experience of this restaurant and many others in Disneyland Paris was terrible. This place does a meal as part of the Meal Plans but the food isn’t worth the calories! We went as a group and the restaurant was freezing on a very...cold December Day, and despite asking to be moved away from the door, we were ignored and ended up loving ourselves mid meal! Starter buffet was ok, but then the main BBQ basket of overcooked meat was inedible. The pork brisket was masked in bbq sauce, and was probably the best part, then the chicken was dry and the sausage was fatty. Just awful food. The worst part though was the staff that were super busy having to deal with complaints because their managers were hiding. We experienced this in other restaurants and this seemed to be a feature of the park overall! No one taking visible accountability for the running of these operations but leaving the main floor staff to get on with it which is unacceptable. When asked where the manager was, they replied ‘they are around’ the waitress we spoke too was lovely, hard working and cheerful but clearly dealing with issues that her so called manager should have been handling! This also happened at the Steakhouse, where floor staff were run off their feet, while managers wafted around busy doing nothing! Disney is lagging behind massively on the food front and most of our dining experiences outside of the hotel was dire!"

"I had never stood up and left a restaurant without ending my eating in my life. we have come to disneyland to celebrate my birthday and have made a reservation here full of expectativas. it took more than an hour to sit to our...main courses and two hours after the arrival we had not yet received a desert. service that I have ever seen. the staff was nice and spoke several languages. but the speed is not its strength. in terms of eating our burrata and the huh were simply in order (not excellent, but the burrata was cool cold), although the largest piece of shin had red spots inside. my children eat and years old), but was disgusting and disrespectful; the so-called “Parma ham” (which usually loves my son) was the cheapest and most raw ham I have ever seen, it was too thick to even be enjoyed by me. the lasagne. I won't call it that. it was prepared from dried pasty products which were not hydrogenated before assembly; the chef also chose several cases of two layers of teigware with nothing between them. the ragú was also dry. the result is a plate that is extremely dry (and undercooked when they use dried pasta, it has to cook some liquid inside for them). they could still see the raw smolina (the one that was used to avoid pasta in order to keep themselves on drying) in this salsa-less beschamel-less layer. I don't know how it was done, but hours later I can still feel this feeling in my neck. Of course we gave the children our main courses so they could eat something. none of us could end this terrible and overpriced eating. did I mention that everything was served cold? the worst part was that we even had to pay the price difference (we had half a rent), because what could go wrong with a lasagne?"

"Tried this place as an alternative to burgers .The restaurant is very modern and fresh and cleanWhen u go in you are all given a credit card style card to use for ordering at the pass. You pick a table for yourself and choose from a menu of pizza and pasta quite a good choice .A waiter took our drinks order ( one of the few places we visited which didn't really grasp English ) we asked for a jug of tap water and got a draught beer.which he replaced with a bottle of water 4 euros 50.We had our two young grand children with us 5 and 3 so the style of food meant we could let them share our food.We ordered a Hawaiian pizza a ham and mushroom pizza and a hot Italian pizza and a spaghetti bolognese pasta with meat .You go to the pass different ones for different food and order each item which is scanned on to your card and you are given a buzzer which rings when your food is ready .The food is freshly cooked for you so takes a while but it was worth the wait All the pizzas were well cooked hot and tastyThe bolognese was quite nice but felt a bit ripped of as the extra meat was four cubes of beef mixed into the standard bolognese sauce at four euros. The drinks were the usual expensive prices in bottles (that's the moneymaker) .The staff really didn't engage anybody and could have made the experience more enjoyable .They have a site in Manchester which we may visit when we go later in September."
