"I decided to try this one based on the reviews here. The location is not so great, you have to walk away from the center and walk on an unappealing road. Inside, the restaurant is decent but it does feel a little bit like eating in a shop (at least if you are on the ground floor, the second floor actually looked nicer. The prices are fair and the food is decent, but I expected more based on the reviews. The mozzarella with tomatoes had a real small amount of mozzarella cheese, and was surprisingly served with dried tomatoes rather than fresh ones: it was original and tasty but lacked the freshness you expect from this dish. My girlfriend had the the gnocchi with shrimp which were delicious - my dish (pasta with meat balls) was nice but a lot simpler. The service was a combination of very nice and slightly awkward, depending on the person serving. I would probably not come back because I'd rather try places closer to the city center but I think it might be worth a first try for other people, if you're in the area."

"First experience in this brewery with my girlfriend, warm welcome and good atmosphere. We took in the aperitif two very good teas iced the 'one fish/yuzu and the other strawberry/basilica. In the dish we took a good piece of butcher with excellent apples and a very good curry sauce. The meat was tender, but the cooking was slightly too much for a bleeding meat. For me, I took a burger 'Effervescence doubled, the chopped steaks were very good and very tender with a mastered kitchen stirring. For dessert, we took a Choumouss Paris-Brest that was good and for me a gourmet coffee with excellent pastries. I recommend the address and I'll be back with pleasure! "Expected a little more after seeing so many positive reviews. To start with we ordered 3 local beers and about 10 minutes after ordering to waiters arrived with 1.5 beer saying that the keg was empty and thats all that is left. We could drink those (and pay for them) and order other drinks. In my opinion that is not how you handle that situation, they shouldn’t have brought the beers and gave us a choice ones they knew there wasn’t much left. They also forgot to take the non drank beer of the bill. I had a burger which was fine but nothing spectaculair. I think the traditional French dishes will be better so i recommend ordering those. We had a planche terre mer to start with which was good value for money."

In any case the dishes arrive very hot, it’s good, we have salt and pepper with or in case. "My daughter and I visited Cholet for the Tour de France. Our first night, we were drawn in by beautiful music Karaoke night! Of all the places in Cholet we loved, Le Cristal was the only one we came back to a 3rd time! Was it the delicious food? not only that, but our new friends Pascal, Francois, Alix, Regine and all the rest were the most fun!! We left with memories for a lifetime, and now we keep telling stories to all of our friends at home about Le Cristal. We can't wait to return, and next time, we'll sing :"

"I had just been rejected by parvis on Thursday before 9 o'clock, although they had burst. the bistro would serve me! very glad. Despite 9 o'clock, the owner's wife gave me a warm greeting and showed...I have a wide menu on a chalkboard that changes every day. all fresh and cooked in the house. the calamari with mushroom starter was super, never tasted anything like it, steak tart and chips extremely good. also dessert. as it was later in the evening, as I asked, the service was fast and friendly, and there was no pressure for me to finish quickly. many thanks to the gattenteam in bistro, I will ask the ibis budget hotel to put them on their lists, perhaps instead of the parvis. it is good to have family service anyway!"
