"On a positive note, the milkshakes were fantastic, but the starter wings were overly sweet and not enjoyable. When the waitress came to ask how our meal was, I told her it was terrible since I received the wrong burger. I did compliment the milkshakes, but also mentioned the poster on the wall that said something like "not as good as McDonald's" – which I thought was more truthful than funny. She laughed, but I insisted I was serious about my dissatisfaction. After our conversation, I was informed that she walked away in tears when the manager came to check on us.
The manager explained that she had a responsibility to care for her staff, which I understand, but it would have been better if she had prioritized customer care and ensured her staff were trained on the menu. I would recommend avoiding this place entirely; it’s no surprise it was empty while other restaurants were bustling.
