"We visited this place in mid August and booked a table for four people. The restaurant was empty, as only a few people were eating there. The waiter welcomed us and offered a table close to the window. Before placing an order, we asked for tap (emphasis on a tap) water, but the waiter declined our request and said our restaurant only offers bottled water (1 liter). We wanted tap water as the weather in mid August was brutal, and drinking cold water wasn't ideal and not enough. We decided to order six different pizzas, two of them without gluten and lactose. The first waiter accepted our order. We waited approximately twenty minutes, and another waiter brought our pizzas to our table. The waiter had no clue which pizza we ordered and who ordered what. Also, he couldn't tell us which pizzas were gluten and lactose free, as we ordered two of the same pizzas, but one was non gluten free and non lactose free. The pizzas looked identical, but we distinguished them based on the lactose free mozzarella cheese. The pizzas looked terrible and tasted even worse. One of us tried the same pizza: gluten and non gluten. To our surprise, they tasted the same which was bitterly disappointing. After we finished the food, waiter asked us about our experience. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed but instead of asking what was wrong, only thing he gave us was a smirk and even offered desserts (which we obviously didn’t order). The pizzas looked like refrigerated ones from the supermarket, with burned crusts and the cheapest ingredients. Jokes aside, one of us has a celiac disease and lactose intolerance which lead to a terrible evening and even worse following day. Perhaps the lactose free mozzarella cheese wasn't lactose free after all…. Summary: extremely overpriced food, indifferent staff terrible experience."
