"A las 15:01 nos tomaron nota de la comida, pedimos 2 entrantes que eran un surtido de croquetas y unas patatas peloton 4 menus y otro plato a la carta una pechuga empanizada con patatas..... a las 15:45 traen los primeros de los menus y luego trajeron los entrantes, para los 2dos platos esperamos hasta las 16:18. obviamente ya no tenía hambre puesto que la digestión empieza. Trajeron los 2dos, y el plato que era pechuga trajeron tiras de pollo ademas soso.... un poco desastroso, cabe destacar que el salmorejo esta buenisimo, las croquetas muy buenas, las patatas pelotón buenas tambien aunque solo 2 trocitos de morcilla traía, las berenjenas no estaban crujientes aunq sabían bien, a pesar de su intento por ser muy amable y servicial el camarero Jose ya no sabia como disculparse.... estaba bastante apenado, hoy entiendo que colapso la cocina había mucha gente, y mucho retraso."

"Fuimos al restaurante por tener platos para celíacos y por su premio guiness a la carta más larga. Desde la llegada todo fueron prisas, los camareros te piden que te decidas rápido, a pesar de la variedad y extensión de la carta. Como íbamos un intolerante al gluten pedimos carta de platos sin gluten que resultó de lo más soso que se pueda imaginar- para un restaurante con extensa carta de platos- los sin gluten se limitaban a unas pocas pizzas con masa sin gluten y el típico plato que no tiene gluten por no llevar harina como las ensaladas, pescados o carnes- pero aún así sosas en comparación con la carta convencional. Bien a pesar de las dificultades para elegir algo llamativo el camarero vendrá cada 5 minutos para ver si te has decidido YA. y no se va hasta que pidas. Luego una vez pides te lo sirven relativamente rápido y igual de rápido se les ve correr pasillo arriba pasillo abajo justo al lado de las mesas (estábamos situados en un pasillo- y se oían todo tipo de comentarios de un camarero jefe a otros (como que en tal sitio no hay nadie) Está bien que den un servicio rápido pero de ahí a tener al cliente apresurado y no poder disfrutar de una comida porque los camareros corren arriba y abajo pasando por tu mesa... vamos no pega con lo que tenía entendido de este restaurante. Hay otros italianos en los que hay mejor atención al cliente aunque la carta sea menos extensa y la comida de comparable calidad o mejor, por ejemplo O ' Mamma Mia . Ni punto de comparación el trato al cliente en uno y otro restaurante. El trato y el comportamiento de personal no está a la altura de lo que este restaurante ofrece al cliente."
