"Ich war bisher eigentlich immer total begeistert, aber gestern bin ich leider enttäuscht worden.. Zunächst steht draußen auf dem Schild, dass man einen Gutschein in Höhe von 10€ bekommt, wenn man zum Geburtstag dort essen geht. Auf Nachfrage, wegen der Geschenke wurde kurz gratuliert, aber mehr auch nicht. Keine Deko, keine Fontäne, keinen Gutschein, nichts. Okay ist jetzt nicht so wild, aber... Es kam gefühlt ständig jemand zu unserem Tisch, Teller wurden abgeräumt als noch jemand am Tisch gegessen hat, als xxl Restaurant einen Teller mit 6 Kroketten zu servieren auch irgendwie schwach. Jeder hatte einen vollen Teller, außer eine, die hatte 6 normalgroße Kroketten, also irgendwie echt komisch und sah sehr verloren aus. Man fühlte sich dort so, als sollte man bloß schnell essen und sofort gehen, also so wurde es leider durch mehrere Mitarbeiter rübergebracht. Beim zahlen mit Karte fühlte man sich auch irgendwie unter Druck gesetzt Trinkgeld anzuklicken, weil das Personal direkt mit auf das Display geschaut hat während der Bezahlung.. also keine Ahnung wir waren alle sehr enttäuscht und das zum 30. Geburtstag, hm.. Ich denke so schnell werden wir dieses Lokal nicht mehr besuchen."

"You have to say in advance that there are not many American restaurants in Cottbus but the Jimmy's is clearly one of the best if it is not even the best. Convincing arguments for this are the nice, attentive and fast operation/service. the american atmosphere, which through the well-chosen interior. Stylish bar, neon signs, gigantic ceiling fans and the typical red seating of each Ami Diner. Whether homemade milkshake (unbelievably delicate) or ice-cold cola. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks convince in every way, thanks to the in-house bar. we now come to dinner, which can convince in every way through taste and cultural background. The flair of a typical 90s diner comes not only through the map, but also through the implementation. Which can convince not only visually but also tastefully with the fullest. in the Jimmys, too, you get at his expense. "Because of the Covid-19-Pandemie, I ordered the first time in this restaurant. About Google maps I quickly found the restaurant and was informed about the most important things (location/spoke map/payment options. I could quickly and very conveniently order my desired food online (Note: you should not use a deliveryando, prefer to order via Google, or directly online at the restaurant's web shop! When ordering via Deliveryando, a company must pay enormously high commissions to Deliveryando! . Payment was made directly via Google-Pay, but you can also pay by credit card, via PayPal, or cash on delivery. The menu is very extensive and there is something for every taste. All foods are in the menu, very well described and comprehensible. The delivery time was about 90 minutes, which is absolutely okay due to Sunday and Covid-19-special situation. All meals in this restaurant are freshly prepared by genuine, Chinese and specially trained dishes! The ordered food was transported in a modern special warming box. Thus the dishes were supplied fresh and warm/hot. The outer packaging of the dishes was good and could be opened easily. The kindness of the employee in the delivery of goods (under Covid-19 conditions ! The employee has implemented the Covid-19 hygiene concept very well and also carried a corresponding mouth-nut protection (FFP2 mask). Thus, as a guest, I felt the handover of the dishes very safe and hygienic. A very friendly welcome and a once again short check of the ordered goods (according to delivery note/ invoice document was very pleasant and witnessed high professionalism of the employee. Very well, I also felt the kind advice of the extradition staff to give the restaurant an internal feedback whether you were satisfied or what you could do better? The ordered dishes were warm/hot and tasted excellent. They immediately realized that all the dishes ordered were freshly prepared. The portions of the individual dishes were more than large and lush. At the purchase price a very fair offer with a very good value for money. It is worth the waiting time of almost 90 minutes, especially since the dishes were prepared by real Chinese cooking specialists and had to be transported through half the city. As a webshop (online new customer you get a discount code that can be redeemed directly online on your next order. This code is on the invoice that you get to the ordered goods. On my part, I would like to make a clear recommendation for the restaurant, the quality of the supplied food and also the very good service. My wishes were fulfilled to the fullest satisfaction."

"we visited the restaurant for the first time today. before we had reserved by e mail and also received a quick and friendly reservation confirmation. on time at 11:45 clock and 55 seconds we entered the restaurant and were received by a very attentive and friendly waiter. in the frame of our pre-book we were able to choose one of the reserved tables and were placed professionally. the table was very tidy and welcoming decorated. we wanted to drink wine as a drink. the friendly waiter drew us attention to the wine card and offered us his help in selecting the extensive offer of genuine Greek weeping. in the frame of our desires we were recommended a wine variety (the waiter has asked our taste directions very well) and we decided of course for this well-meaned personal recommendation of the expert. at the order, the waiter has informed us about the different types of meat and the type of preparation. After about 45 minutes the friendly waiter came and told us that our main dishes can be served. against other “evaluations” we were somewhat amazed that now after approx. 45 minutes of the main course should begin. until then we still enjoyed the delicacies of our appetizer and entertained ourselves in the background very pleasant Greek music (the correct Greek music in the correct loudness in the background). these 45 minutes came to us almost too short and we were a bit amazed that after so short time we had already offered the main food. we actually know that you can get a lot of time with Greek food? you can only enjoy Greek when you leave time and try the hearty delicacies, enjoy the tastes and communicate with each other when visiting a real Greek restaurant? the still thoughtful dessert, we left! not because we had not had a very good choice (laut fußkarte) but because we were simply “never thick satt”! our ordered feeds were more of sufficient and we enjoyed everything with heart and groom. we took the appropriate time (typically Greek) to enjoy a great, real and hearty lunch on a beautiful Sunday. we were received very kindly in the restaurant and immediately had the feeling, we are happy to see guests. the professional competency in the area “drinks” (wine advice) and also the individual consulting (eat card according to individual taste of our guests) has very convinced us and also very pleasantly surprised us. all the drinks had a very good quality (here specifically called the real Greek wee, operated by selected genuine Greek winzers.) we can absolutely confirm from our experience that all the feeds we ordered were freshly prepared and corresponded to the highest quality. the foods were visually well presented, were really freshly prepared and warm the service has made us very satisfied today. with the support of our today’s “personal” waiter, we were extremely satisfied. the professional competence in the field of individual consulting and customer-oriented support has convinced us very much. satisfied, happy, completely saturated and after the pleasure of the excellent drinks (serious Greek wine ouzo and raki,) we would like to thank the entire team for an excellent lunch. after this precious “Artemis” visit, we still enjoyed the pleasant weather in the beautiful cottbuser old town. we would like to offer after our first and guaranteed not last visit, a personal and unambiguously positive recommendation, for the restaurant “Artemis”. we were extremely satisfied! we come back and look forward to the next visit!"

"Visiting from Australia, where Thai cuisine is well established, we have become used to variations on what we know as true Thai food when travelling overseas, apart from Bangkok that is. Being a family of vegetarians Thai is always a good option and here at Mr TU we were not disappointed. We shared a number of vegetarian dishes a favourite being the vegetarian rice and pad Thai. The service was quick and efficient and a special note the loos were spotless always a good sign of a restaurants cleanliness to me."

"Auf der Suche nach einem besonderen Restaurant in Cottbus stießen wir im Netz auf die vielversprechenden Tipps zum Restaurant „Butcher and Friends“, haben für den 22.03.2024 (zum Glück rechtzeitig) telefonisch reserviert und unsere Erwartungen wurden einfach übertroffen. Wie abgestimmt, konnten wir am vereinbarten Tisch, dem Sekretär, Platz nehmen und wurden herzlich von den Betreibern empfangen. Das Ambiente ist toll und die Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Fleischauswahl fiel, dank der professionellen Beratung des Inhabers, nicht mehr ganz so schwer, obwohl wir eigentlich gerne alles probiert hätte. Man kann aus einem vielfältigen aber trotzdem überschaubaren Spektrum unterschiedlicher Vorspeisen, Beilagen, Soßen, Dips und Nachspeisen sein ganz persönliches Menü individuell zusammenstellen oder eben die Speisen á la carte wählen. Uns wurde quasi jeder Wunsch, auch bei den Getränken, von den Augen abgelesen. Trotzdem das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war, fühlten wir uns durchgehend umsorgt und hatten eher das Gefühl, Freunde in ihrem Wohnzimmer zu besuchen, als ein Restaurant. Dazu trägt die geschickte Einrichtung (von den Inhabern selbst zusammengestellt) entschieden bei. Die wunderschönen Holztische bieten viel Platz für die Gäste sowie die Speisen und die Abstände zu den Nachbartischen sind großzügig. Eben nicht „Masse“ sondern „Klasse“ und das vom Empfang bis zum Abschied! Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken für den wunderbaren Abend und das unvergessliche Geschmackserlebnis! Wir wissen, es klingt etwas übertrieben, aber wir haben es genau SO empfunden!"

"we were in the cellar for the first time and were received very nicely. the first impression was that the cellar seemed somewhat too dark and the device or the image of the look has come into the years. the service was very nice and accommodating. we decided for the champions as appetizer and tasted these were very good, but for 13 euro they expect more than just three small mushroom heads in diameter approx. 4 to 5cm. here does not fit too price. the main dish with roasted potato and bark was very well seasoned and the meat had a good quality. personally I found that the bratkartoffels were cut very small. but that didn't affect the taste. the cream salad was too sweet and tasted for a sweet watermelon. in my eyes restless, but the service meant that it is always done. I could think about it. we had a pleasant evening, but it is not enough for another to visit. Nevertheless, we wish the team a lot of success."

Vor allem das Steak auf dem heißen Stein schmeckt einfach bombastisch! Also für uns ist es das beste Steakhaus mit dem besten Steak in ganz Cottbus! Und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mehr als gut! Vorher bekommt man auch eine Schale Oliven mit Brot gereicht und nach dem Essen gibt es wahlweise einen Ammaretto, Grappa oder Espresso gratis dazu."

"Gemütliches Restaurant.......aber leider kann ich es nur mangelhaft bewerten, da ich mir ein Bauernfrühstück bestellt habe und als es kam sah es sehr ansprechend aus, aber es war versalzen Anstandslos zumindest zunächst wurde es vom Kellner zurück genommen und mir ein neues gebracht...... allerdings nur halb so groß, ohne Tomate die vorher mit drauf war und der andere Kellner blieb neben mir stehen, wartete und sagte zu mir : na mal sehen wie es jetzt ist und keinerlei Reaktion auf den Hinweis von mir : es ist ja nur halb so groß wie zuerst ! Eine absolute Unsitte und ein schwerer Grad von Unhöflichkeit dem Gast gegenüber ! Außerdem kam der 1.Kellner noch zwischendurch an den Tisch und meinte : er hätte von meinem Bauernfrühstück probiert und fände es nicht zu salzig ! Er fragte zudem noch meine Frau wie sie ihr Bauernfrühstück fände.....die Geschmäcker sind allerdings grundverschieden. Es ist eine Frechheit insgesamt mir als Gast gegenüber ! Einfach unglaublich diese gesamte Situation. Also habe ich dann das Doppelte knapp 13 Euro bezahlt für das nachgelieferte kleine Bauernfrühstück Als zu erkennende gehobene Gastronomie ist das ein Armutszeugnis in meinen Augen Wartezeit auf unsere Essenbestellung 1,5 Stunden !"

"I was here with my family and we were greeted friendly. Drinks like tea and mango lassi were fine. I loved there was actually a good choice of vegetarian meals on the menu. The food was a rather mixed bag however. One of our group...had some of the non-Indian dishes which was quite okay. Those of us who ordered the (vegetarian) Indian dishes were not as lucky. Meal sizes were okay, bread and rice as well, but the dishes lacked completely in spices and spicyness. Probably they were adapted too much to the tastes of the local people in Cottbus but Shahi Paneer gravy should be more than a bright sugary-sweet tomato cream. Prices were mid-range, rather expensive for what we got."

"Unser letzter Aufenthalt in der Vorweihnachtszeit war erstklassig! Trotz einem brechend vollen Restaurant gab es keinerlei Wartezeiten bei der Gertränke und Essenbestellung und nach 20 Minuten stand das Essen dann auch schon auf dem Tisch! Die Bedienung wirkte zu keiner Zeit gestresst, obwohl man wirklich mehr als gut zu tun hatte! Ja und als krönenden Abschluß gabs sogar noch eine kleine Flasche Wein als Weihnachtsgeschenk mit nach Hause! VielenDank! Macht weiter so!"

It is clean and with so much light with a beautiful view of a small garden at the entrance, next to some parking spaces. I would definitely recommend it and would come back in the future.
