"Delicious food and helpful staff. I would suggest booking a table from before. The food all tasted wonderful, however depending on individual some dishes may be too spicy. The staff were attentive and took care of the bbq when it started to burn a bit. K-pop music played throughout the evening and the vibe was enjoyable. However, they do close strangely early, with a 10 pm closing time. When I was still eating at around 9:40, someone came and cut up my meat without asking me, almost like a passive aggressive way of telling me to hurry up and get out. They also forgot to get us some essential items such as tongs to turn the meat, and we had to remind the staff of this. It was also a bit difficult to catch the attention of staff at times. There was also a hidden service charge, which was around £7 per person and shocked us as we had calculated the price of the meal beforehand. On the whole, a nice experience with good food and atmosphere, but be prepared to spend a fair amount and go early."
