"Perfection in paradise! Tucked away in a sleepy corner of the Lake District is Crosthwaite and it's marvellous pub, The Punchbowl Inn. Having braved fog and torrential rain , we were greeted with freshly baked Scones , clotted cream and cups of tea. mine was Gluten Free and incredible!! All the staff were kind, friendly ,professional and greeted guests with such enthusiasm that we felt welcome for our entire stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed.
