"I started the establishment because I had a specific project. When I pushed the door the two receptionists greeted me with a big smile and a lot of enthusiasm. I started talking about my project and there... smiles, enthusiasm and sympathy are gone faster than when I pushed the door to my entrance. All right, my project is not supposed to interest everyone... but be constant in your welcome! I deduce it and maybe I’m wrong but... a smiling and warm welcome may be just superficial. Being very often in the Saumur area, I would never be a customer in this establishment."
