"when they hear the representations of masters, the benrather palmenhaus is perceived as “institutional”. after our unique visit there was shown something else. a local is always as good as the people who work there and in gastronomy, especially how to feel it yourself. it is easy to say that it may have been experienced differently due to the situation, as well as a long life. it is true that, as in the rule with a provider of Greek cuisine, the portions are extremely large and therefore the price-performance ratio is true. on the other hand, if either none of the services can no longer be seen for a very long time, or shortly after a few people are betting until they ignore later, then one asks for the coordination of all! Maybe we have caught a “bad” day, but also some of the meats were not so puppet from the quality. what should be proven to me as the biggest problem, but the running department is only accessible via a steep spiral staircase and unfortunately there is no barrier-free. for these reasons, it was no longer in there than a ok in it, even if the previously mentioned master customers could see it differently. the palm house is centrally located in the benrather main road and yet it is quite inconspicuous from the outside. follows a tiled walk before reaching its end. If you want to eat as more out-of-the-box, it is recommended to place the vehicle on the parking space next to the train station. otherwise it becomes difficult. I can't call the associated costs. it must be said that among other things the different stops at the urdenbacherallee make the parking impossible there. in a showbox, you can take the menu cards in the eye and choose one of the dishes immediately. experience made it a little slower. I find it worth noting that the restaurant continues to offer a lunch card, where about 10 specialties are available. in the meantime, I find it a bit expensive, because even an appetizer is at 10 €, a maximum of 16,90 € is listed. can't even say if I should ever decide. I don't want to exclude them. we have been assigned a table based on the applicable regulations. in summer it is recommended to choose a place outside my own. for this the whole restaurant must be crossed before it is ready. they are sitting in a kind of pergola and even if there are not the called palms, there is much green still here, but as sad as it was, well. I prefer to leave it unnoticed. you should not be surprised that the chairs are not the most convenient: it is the simple wooden folding chairs. the rest that was on it was no longer because it was already very thin. they must go “yes” with other guests on “Cuddle Course”. despite corona there were only plexiglas discs between the individual tables, which are very close to one another. in the night it was quite full. It is therefore recommended that we not be a very spontaneous decision, because we must always make a table for ourselves! should we not be allowed to say from whatever reason we can do that, despite one, it is not possible for us to be implemented: this has not only surprised us, but also disappointed because it was in the smoker area, which we would rather avoid! it was not a good start, so as soon as something was released and the order was waiting for us to implement “self-will”. we also informed the next opportunity of the service that was no longer commented inexplicably! on the map you will find Greek classics, specialties of the house, fish, small and regular also seasonal offers. they should bring a great appetit to create such a grill plate as we have ordered them. as I discovered it on the here linked ps, they will catch around 17,90 €, which I would like to call further a favorable where the full that can be found on the teller! we chose the santorini plate. that we were less pleased that the application of one of the two without rice and instead only the pommes that were even brought to another court that was not fulfilled. a scandal for the foods that had to be disposed of after that: what had made us a very chaotic impression that on the one hand nobody felt responsible for our table with the foundation “is not mine, say colleagues.” so it came that we had to get too time that should not be, completely without drinks. even before I could deliver the order, it took a long time. more people who have come to us for a long time and we sat there still hungry, without “sight” on a change! after this regulation it took approx. 40 minutes, until the steam plate had “acidified” us; . not everyone likes everything so that I had exchanged my chop meat suzuki, souvlaki – should have been salted for lamb and pute : . I feel that the card has been changed since. to the grill plate belonged before. still black, putensteak and black filet. the latter and the lamb were delicious. the steaks were personally too dry for me, as for the gyros. the basalat was nothing special and the sosse tasted more like the finished product: the rice I found most. not only after I fell the cursor on the sanitary rooms hard. the stairs as such is very narrow, so they must be patient in the regular themselves before they can enter it themselves. I also felt it very steep. as I mentioned at the beginning, was not thought of by the cyclists because nothing else is available to them! in such a huge restaurant, this would be possible by myself and with a small refetier if the operators would consider such a solution at all! for the reasons described I have made a lot with the evaluation. the location and the price-performance ratio speak for them. but the personal also with regard to communication and partly the quality of the meat. we are indecision whether and when there will be someone else to visit."

"First time experience with a Polish restaurant in Dusseldorf and being biased a bit by family 's own kitchen and regional kitchen in Mazury we entered the restaurant yesterday with 2 families. The atmosphere is modern, green walls, a picture of 2 housemaids from...100 years ago decorating the wall yet if you would like to find anything relating to Poland or Polish kitchen, except for the menu: nothing to notice. The 2 service girls also did not speak in Polish language to us. For us a bit lost opportunity it could be more personalized to a country 's experience... The food was pretty good the chicken breast not too dry, a good and not too strong spice. The home made fries were a bit too long in the oil they were dark brown and rather hard. The restaurant does not really feature a kids menu we ordered a Schnitzel and shared it amongst the two 6 year old kids... then the price was ok otherwise 12.90 for one kids menu would have been by far too much. The side salad as well as the pierogi were well filled, the pierogi outside not too hard, the fillings were yum that 's on the positive side. They call their way of pierogi 's malinas (which basically means raspberry, and which gave the name to this restaurant . Bottom line, you come for the pierogi 's, and spend some time in a nice wooden chair wooden table atmosphere, but prices somewhere from 11.90 upwards into the mid 20 EUR segment were a bit too much for a family lunch we paid without soup, dessert, coffee etc. and only one drink per person in total about 55 EUR for 2.5 persons. Good to experience the taste of pierogi yet a lost opportunity when it comes to being proud of Poland and Polish cusine... that 's why 4 out of 5 stars only (which still is a very good ranking!"
