"Disappointment. Not the first time I have come to this establishment, even before it was called Le Protocole. At the time of the Editorial, towards the end, I had already expressed my disappointment (twice, once by email: we never got a response , and even sent my plate back twice on the same day! The wait staff at the time agreed that it was not edible (roasted Camembert not roasted, which was sent back to the kitchen, and which returned 5 minutes later, still not roasted... . This time, change of name, change of kitchen staff (which I was told before it closed for work , I decided to come back and test the new menu. I start with the aperitif, an Aperol Spritz at €8.90. I ask if it is possible to bring us something to snack on: sorry, we have nothing left in stock, not even a few peanuts! Next comes the main course (I insist, it’s not a starter! , a mango lime salmon tartare, accompanied by green salad for €19.90. Isn't there something missing on this plate? I don't question the quantity of tartare, or even its quality: excellent, but it seems to me that this dish lacks generosity on the salad/accompaniment side. Of course, it wasn't stated that there would be a starchy side dish, but if you wanted to fill the gap, a little rice salad would have done the trick. At €19.90 I think it’s a lot to pay for the content of this dish. The bill seems very high to me for what we had on our plate. It's nice to give us two small pieces of bread as an accompaniment, but I insist, nothing justifies paying €19.90 for so little. I was disappointed, I wanted to try again. You won't see me again. photo 1 note photo 2 without bread photo 3 with bread"
