"the restaurant is located at the ranch of the “ErftstadtCenter Liblar”. a very good location – especially since there is hardly any gastronomy in the “Center”. by chance I was in the opposite and had a little starving. into the local. the restaurant has an outside area at the front and at the back. with beautiful weather will certainly be quite nice to stay. in the interior this is locally set up in the “Bistro Style”. there are benches on the outside and stable chairs on the tables – the seats are covered red. the tables are in brown tone. the floor is kept bright. this has a neatly attractive quality of stay. cleanliness everything works neatly well maintained. the waiters were friendly and inconspicuous. the card(s) included the Italian courts to expect. there are pizza, but also fish and meat or pasta; as well as a wide range of drinks of all kinds. I did not want to risk unknown feelings when I chose to eat and chose a pizza. a “Quattro Stagioni” differs from one quarter each. the four seasons spring, summer, autumn and winter are to be represented. the pizza four seasons consists in the regular of similar ingredients that are also used for a pizza capricciosa: tomato, cheese, basilikum, mushrooms, artichokes, boiled ham, olive, vegetables. the ingredients may vary, however. my pizza had a neat size (9,50 €) and was covered with ham, artichokes, champignons and spinach. the teig was not too thick and baked. the ham had been made of medium quality, the artichoke pieces were made, the mushrooms were little browned and the spinach was exposed and had a dark green color. I was satisfied with the pizza and was saturated. drinks besides wein and cocktails as well as alcohol-free drinks there are also several beers from the barrel or from the bottle (kölsch, bitburger, edder etc). I have chosen the caffeine crumbs (1,60 € per rod). Price-performance ratio the required fees are completely appropriate in my eyes. the zöliakie seems to me quite cheap for a restaurant 3 – if it arises: so I don't make any way for the locals.
