"We came across this place by chance because it was a very hot day there was a public swimming pool nearby. What a find, the weekday set menu at 15 euro including drinks was best value ever. I was able to treat our group of seven to three stunning courses. We drove back on a Sunday up the mountain from Banyuls sur Mer for another meal was even more impressed despite the slightly more expensive menu. Stunning food, warm efficient service can't praise this place enough. Before we walked in I spotted an impressive chilli/pepper plant by the door which was a sign of superior quality first impression it didn't let us down. Traditional interior a cool haven from the heat outside. The adults in heaven kids totally satisfied, wonderful, it doesn't get better. Thank you to all the staff for making a destination in an otherwise remote Spanish village high in the Pyrenees a jewel above French border. PS local public pool a bargain, totally clean, uncrowded has a bar to boot! A great day out"
