But after I've seen the answers of the gastronomic, to critical reviews, I had to hit the keyboard... because this is just disrespectful, unpredictable and absolutely unprofessional to react so rudely to critical reviews, but unfortunately this behavior also reflects on the spot... So here we go: My fiancée and I spontaneously enjoyed this restaurant on a Tuesday, because we still knew it for better days, so he called at 6 a.m. and reserved a table for two in the outdoor area at 8 a.m. (on site we then realized that there was only the terrace open anyway. We walked to the restaurant and were there at 7.36. Friendlyly, we asked if our table is already free, an older gentleman, who definitely goes to the bunker to laugh, showed us completely wordless our table, right at the door (which will still be important for the further course. He put us, likewise wordless, the maps and went back. After that, we were completely ignored by 3 service workers plus the older man until PUNKT 8:00, even when we tried to draw attention to us, we were passed to the restaurant. And before it says, maybe so much was going on... NO! It was only open the terrace and this consists of approx. 30 tables, what a LUXUS gastronomic is to have 4 service workers (including the older gentlemen. The evening continued to be catastrophic, the drinks and the food came fast, but I was totally shocked by the now evenly tiny portions! At prices, the portions are simply an inconsistency. We ordered (as with each visit before, 4 appetizer plates to share with each other, the following appetizers were ordered: Shrimps in garlic sauce (5 mini shrimps for 14 Euro!!! Filled mushrooms (4 pieces for 10 euros?! Shells in the pan (don't expose fried anchovies (dry like the desert! Apart from that, everything has tasted absolutely excellent, so you can absolutely not complain! So on... we had already emptied our first drinks, but instead of asking ourselves for a second round, we were ignored again. Only when the empty plates were cleared, we could finally order a drink. When the bill, after three requests, finally arrived, we were appalled, 4.50 euros for a small bowl of Tsatsiki and 1 euro for 4 slices of dry bread... But, well, we just paid and wanted to leave when a mega fauxpas at the neighboring table noticed us: It was a men's group who had already ordered a warm dessert round over half an hour ago, they asked where their desserts remained, the service was totally appalled and asked in the kitchen, one had simply forgotten the desserts and the kitchen had already closed, so you could offer them a coffee or a cold dessert at most... Uh, okay, that's an absolute NO GO!!! But the brunette still came: the desserts were still standing on the account of the gentlemen, only after these gentlemen had vehemently excited themselves, the service was willing to cancel the wrong booking. I'm unconstitutional, what happened to this place! Apart from the fact that there is no response to criticism on the spot, you don't get any response to emails, which is why I have to appeal to this kind of complaint. Shame! We never see the store again."
