"The very rustic Hofkochrl is a bit out of place, but it doesn't hurt because it doesn't expect to be a customer. The newly built huts, however, have a spliced interior and in the basement, the well maintained 00 rooms can be found. We are invited to a celebration, the menu is fixed and we can enjoy a 5-course menu. We start, pampered by the very attentive and diligent service with the drinks. The selection offered is very extensive, every wish is fulfilled here. At the beginning, a soft white beer to the mogntrazerln (Grebenschmalt, Obazda and cut liquor cucumber) already used in the table is also brought immediately. The slumber can begin. The 3 punctures tasted very good, are well prepared and naturally fresh. After not too long a break, the rocket salad comes with balsamico honey dressing, cocktail tomatoes and freshly chewed parmesan. This combination is happy and tastes very good. A plough in between and a citrus fruit sorbet with berries is served. The sorbet could be a little more fruity for our taste, yet tastes very well together with the fresh berries. With a greater distance follows a calf slender on the piece pink fried with sauce Bernaise, cauliflower with butter-swung muffles and rosemary spices. The portion is very good and tastefully impeccable. Finally, Hofkochr's legendary caramelized Kaiserschmarrn with rum flambiet and self-made excellent apple compote. We are filled, even because the wines are very well selected and I must mention that I want to come by alone because of the homemade forest master lemonade every day. Conclusion: A visit to the Hofkochrl is a journey to the country and at the same time a journey to the past."
